La Grande Beaute crafted an absolutely stunning bouquet for my mother’s 60th birthday that left everyone in awe. Their team was incredibly attentive, ensuring the flowers were delivered right on time in perfect condition. I highly recommend La Grande Beaute to anyone seeking breathtaking floral designs and exceptional service!

This was the worst experience I have ever had from a flower delivery business! The company's products are overpriced and overhyped, the quality of their product is incredibly poor, and their customer service is appalling.
My flowers arrived and straight away I noticed that some blooms were already wilting, and on further inspection, I realised that the centre of 10 roses were turning brown and obviously dying.
Knowing how much money my Aunt had spent on sending me this bunch of flowers, I called the business straight away to complain but they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I provided images to prove the inferior quality and to request that someone collect straight away and provide a full refund. This was refused. The company fobbed me off and the only recompense was to offer a paltry, unacceptable discount.
This sad bunch of flowers lasted 3 days before they were thrown out.
Please do not be fooled by their glossy imagery and seemingly professional online presence.

My husband specifically ordered a bouquet of Pink O'Hara roses for our first wedding anniversary as these were the flowers in my bouquet. He spoke in person to a sales person to ensure this specific variety would be delivered. The total price was £160 including £10 delivery.
The flowers delivered were not O'Hara roses and had absolutely no fragrance. O'Hara roses are known for their high fragrance, the roses sent had no scent whatsoever. They were browning at the edges and in the centre. I immediately tried calling La Grande Beaute website contact number several times but this does not appear to be connected. I emailed and eventually spoke to someone who asked me to send images. They said the discoloration was normal and said this variety was a substitute as they were unable to source O'Hara roses as ordered and confirmed on the invoice.
I was offered a gift voucher or 25% refund. I stated I wanted a full refund and for the flowers to be collected. I wrote to Erika Urnikaite, Company Director but did not receive a response from her. Sophia replied instead again offering 25% refund. I sent images over the next 2 days showing how quickly the bouquet was deteriorating and how one of the stems which was broken had been taped up. This was ignored.
My husband reluctantly accepted the refund as he did not wish to marr our anniversary but this was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. This company self promotes itself as a "premium florist studio". In my experience it is fraudulent one, sending poor quality flowers at a premium price. The customer service is defensive and rude and I would advise customers to seek an alternative. Hugely disappointing when my husband had gone to great lengths to send something meaningful and beautiful to us both.

The flowers were beautiful on delivery, however after 24 hours they were dying. All the sides dropped down. The response from customer service was, they don’t look that bad, just rearrange them. After paying 350£ for a bouquet, that’s unacceptable in my opinion.

Been buying preserved roses from other shops but I must say the ones I bought from La Grande are the best I have ever got and they are also the cheapest. 5 stars

I don't ever leave reviews but wow, such beautiful flowers, never seen anything like these before. Have received a rose box and it lasted for over a week. Every woman should receive a box like this at least once.

I ordered 3 balloons and you couldn’t deliver one but I didn’t get any prior notifications of the same . There were 3 for sentimental reasons .

Also ordered blue roses as per picture but what was sent was not the same . Quite disappointed as price was so high that I expected least of all the same as what was advertised but no communication to say it wasn’t going to be the same as requested

I ordered a 5-6ft Christmas tree and stand. Delivery was on the day specified and the tree is really excellent quality and more towards the upper end of the height range. The stand is sturdy and has clamping bolts that support the trunk well, and holds a good volume of water. You will pay more than a lot/supermarket purchase but very much worth it in my opinion. Great for buying whilst retail establishments are so heavily impacted by COVID. Will be back again next year!

Lovely and prompt next day delivery, and I was delighted with the flower box. Yes it’s pricey but the flowers look every bit as lush, dense and beautiful as they do in the picture. Excellent quality flowers used also. No disappointments here! Second time I’ve ordered from them and just as happy!
