Came out and saved my bacon in the…

Came out and saved my bacon in the middle of the night when got locked out after long horrible week and day, husband had a heart attack and was in hospital far away which had no transport to get to, so having to take buses and trains and long walks. Very stressful week and left the keys at the hospital. Was absolutely exhausted, no battery life left on phone in end and was on doormat when he came out at nearly midnight after police kindly helped me.
Never been so grateful to get into my house. Never been locked out before so getting a locksmith was first.
Only thing would be, if can avoid it try not to get out in middle of night, costs go up exponentially and incredibly noisy long process which kept neighbours up so I was not very popular, but had no idea and had called at around 9pm, took ages to get anyone to respond and so by time came it was gone 1am before left. My door was incredibly challenging and went through a couple of drill bits too so ended up costing £240, but not normal daily rates and live in the sticks.
