I'm very happy!
This isn't the first time I've bought a Lamaze toy as I think they're absolutely beautiful - the mum of the baby I bought Logan the Lion for loved it so much she uses his face as her Facebook photo (and apparently baby loves it too). This time it was Eddie the Elephant and I was disappointed at first to receive the baby product instead of the tunes toy. I wrote an email and received the right Eddie the very next morning along with a lovely note of apology and an invitation to keep the other as a gift. I can't speak highly enough of this company and I'm so happy that their lovely products are on the market as so many baby toys you see in the shops are drab and uninspiring. Thank you very much and I'll definitely be buying again.
