Absolutely horrible customer service…

Absolutely horrible customer service from this company AVOID. I have contacted LambdaTek about pricing query now everything seems to be ok until Salesman started messing around with it. This has overextended period where on the end the unit has sold and Mr Salesman was not interested at all. I had valid points why I could not proceed the sale the way of issuing invoice to me from LambdaTek and this is very unusual rather to buy it directly from their website as it should be done, but Mr Salesman was still talking about that he cannot see any issues with it and I have 3 times asked him to call me. Now this is absolutely unprofessional behaviour from this company and this person has just wasted my time and on the end I lost the stock as well. I will never use this company again and will never recommended this company to anyone if this is their way how to do sales. I just want to include based on recent feedback from this nonsense company to clarify NO hard work from Salesman was given and he did not wanted to even deal with it. Blame me to NOT PAY for invoice from company which sell product outside of their website and based on facts given where I wanted to sort this out with the company you can clearly see the AROGANCE from this company and this will give you FACTS that they will always blame customer. HORRIBLE company. You should attend some CUSTOMER sales trainings before even responding to your nonsense. I will repeat my self JOE DID NOT wanted to help and I have all evidence emails where he clearly did not wanted to have anything to do with it even urgently trying to tell him to call me 3 times!!! Always excuses from this company just look on recent response what a JOKE company I am surprised that you still exists. Yes blame always customer even when it is YOUR FAULT well done great customer service and everyone can read that now. Well done LambdaTek what a bunch of nonce people working there. Thank you for wasting my time with you. Read your own reviews I am surprised that companies like you lasted 20 years and will be not surprised with many complaints on your account or against you. This individual who probably wrote the response is the person who I have deal with and I am not surprised based on his other responses on feedback. Reviews are here to make people of aware that you clearly doing something wrong and you are not even willing to apologise and saying stuff that I have bullied you like little kids in school. You should really attend some customer service trainings to be honest as I can see that you cannot clearly take feedback at all and blame others for your own faults based on your actions and not buyers. Yes my fault when I have noticed that the person who I was dealing with has NO intention of help or complete the task and only ghosting away I should just stop wasted my time with you. But I really wanted to purchase the unit and had good reasons which I have explained why I cannot do it the way OUTSIDE of your store purchase based on your invoice and this was confirmed by the bank but again your employee did not care and was not interested at all and now it is my fault because he done EVERYTHING what he could common be honest he did NOT care at all. For you all customers are like fast-food and nothing else. Thank you.

How disappointing: he publicly drags our colleague through the mud whose only crime was to make every effort to create him a bespoke quote for an item that sold out while awaiting his payment (which never arrived)

In our 20 years of trading we have come across our fare share of bullies with a sense of entitlement. This is one such individual which with hindsight we are relieved not to have as a customer.

Other stores beware: just read his unfair reviews on other well meaning sellers to understand what a basket case he is.

After Months no reliable Quotation

I have asked for a Cisco Meraki Quotation multiple times and waited for months, but never received a quote. Thus I had to buy elsewhere and calculated with their Online Shop prices. It was a nightmare I will never again rely on them. They could have made a 100k EUR deal with us, but I guess that's none of their priority. Don't want to imagine how it is when you want to place a small order.

All-in-all satisfactory

First time buyer, was a bit skeptical about the store. Noticed them on a several local marketplaces, but decided to place an order directly. Delivery time was a bit longer than I anticipated, but within reason when ordering outside the country. They actually had the motherboard which I needed (badly), for a proper retail price and shipping which didn't cost me 1/5 of the product's price. Everything arrived well packaged and alive.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
i have ordered microsoft keyboard and mouse from their Amazon store, instead of 120£ item they have sent me a different microsoft mouse and keyboard which costs only 40£. Since 17th of January i am struggling to return as they did not respond any messages and they did not provide any return label. Now they replied with a response that they are sorry that I HAVE ORDERED WRONG ITEM. They are clearly playing a stupid in order to not to return the item and not to refund.

I have already raised this case as a scam to my Bank, Amazon sent the case to investigation. If nothing helps i will apply for small item court to get my money back.

In one word, they are SCAMMERS!!!

Edit 31 Jan: they still say that i received the ordered item even though i have sent all the proofs with images that the item is not the same. The brand is microsoft, but the mouse and keyboard are not designer version but 900 desktop one. Even amazon confirmed this. I had to return the item on my own cost, still waiting for refund. Amazon confirmed that the return will be covered by seller too. So lets see. If not, the court will be the only option for me as I have all the proofs with images that the item is not the same which i have sent to the seller too.

Edit 5th of february: seller did not get back to and amazon finally refunded only the item fee according to their a to z policy after numerous calls and chats with customer service. Now again fighting for shipping fee to get refunded. No reply from the shop at all, total ignorance.

Great Customer Support

Great Customer Support, description of products online, fast delivery accurate tracking.
I had to change the original ordered item , customer support representative in Athens really helped me, also the Manufactures correct Product ID helped to realise that I had ordered the wrong item at first.

One month delay

I ordered a watch band on November 17, 2023. The delivery time was 7-8 working days. I did not receive it until today December 18, 2023. Unreliable seller. I contacted the company once, they only informed me that there is a delay. I do not recommend anyone to use Lambda-Tek shop services.
