Easy process and the delivery by UPS was incredibly quick - literally the next day (before payment had even been processed). Happy with the product too which was exactly as described.

Well so far I have gotten nowhere with Lambda-tek, in fact several of the return emails have been somewhat demeaning bordering on aggressive.
I ordered an item from their website a Ryzen 7 5800x 3.8Ghz, it said 'warehouse' so I assumed it was open box or somesuch. What arrived was a component keyboard for some sort of laptop. Upon opening I emailed the address on invoice and heard no reply. Upon telephoning Lambda-tek I was told that email address is wrong and to resend to returns. I had asked for the wrong item to be collected and the correct item sent out. The reply I have is that someone mislisted the item and that they will not honour the order, that I should return wrong item to get refund. I have informed them that I would be going to Trading Standards but this seems not to phase the companies representative. Why should we send you a £250 item for £120.... Reason is that YOUR COMPANY listed the item for sale, sold the item to me, received payment for it but failed uphold your end of the sales contract.
Please, as requested have someone in authority to call me to discuss how we move forward, before I contact UK trading standards.

And before Lambda accuse me of fraudulently posting or buying, this Trustpilot account is my partners and we share it.

Very good communication. The product was delivered to me in the promised time and in excellent condition.

I received the product and everything is ok except the power cord plug which is UK type instead of EU schuko type, as written in the order.
I sent some emails but got no response.
Disappointed.

Avoid this company, they do not have any items in stock, yet on their website shows in stock. I ordered a Lenovo keyboard which showed as available and in stock. In stock means UK!!!!! I paid for express delivery and received an email saying they upgraded the shipping for free. LOL!! My item shipped from Denmark to Torquay and right now is in the US. Here is the tracking to prove that. This company is a scam! Should be banned of offering any services.

Ordered two Ryzen 5 processors. Item was well in stock (62) while placing the order. My order was cancelled stating no stock but the item was still available to order with the price increased. Awful experience. I'll definitely avoid next time

I will never forgive the owners of this company for what the did to me and the catalogue of very nasty problems they caused in my life, to try and force me to not only take full responsibility for their failings, failings that had nothing to do with me, but also turn a massive profit at the same time. Again despite I had nothing to do with any of it and didn't even learn about the problems till days after they caused them.

To date all the problems they caused me remain unacknowledged, unexplained, unaddressed, all complaints to try and get the issues resolved for me have been ignored/blocked and remain ignored/blocked. I’ve been left going through counseling and its had a massive impact on my health, all due to them, yet they never even said sorry.

Mr and Mrs Felici, I will never forgive you two.

Had Stock, condition was made clear (in this case brown box), price was half the nearest I could get it from. Really clear order process and total clarity over delivery. I'll be returning to Lambda Tek for my next requirements.

I am super satisfied with the purchase. In my country (Spain) I couldn't find the Spanish keyboard for my lenovo tab p11 tablet. I even called lenovo Spain but they told me that although the tablet is new the keyboard did not have it and they would not have it. My surprise when I started looking for it on the web and only one of them had keyboards in my language for my tablet. I made the order not very convinced but I was wrong. A ten for these guys, because my keyboard has arrived perfectly, in the time it marked and on top of that with the layout of the keys of my country as advertised. I can't be happier. If I need anything again I will come to you without hesitation. Thanks.
