Supplied hard to find replacement fluorescent tubes for home office. I'd been searching for some replacement lights for my home office which has 12 light strips that are now hard to find. Two had blown and it was a relief to find some replacements rather than replace all the lighting.

Ordered through Amazon
Ordered through Amazon, they sent the wrong items, I asked them to arrange collection, they refused, I’ve been quoted crazy prices for postage nearly double what items are worth. Company doesn’t answer my emails, when I phoned them I was told to F off then they put the phone down . Do not touch this crooked company, if you’ve a problem they clearly do not want to know.

David, we responded to you immediately when you raised a query bad language was not used by any of our staff members. We sent you a copy of your order from Amazon to show that we sent the lamp that you ordered. You asked us to supply a 6ft tube which we did but you should have ordered an 8ft tube. We agreed to take the lamps you ordered incorrectly . You asked a carrier for a price to return this is nothing to do with us but it is a negotation between you and the carrier . We cannot be held responsible for their pricing. It is very unfair to give poor reviews to a company when all we have done is supply you with the goods you ordered in good time.

Great company, communicated well before delivery, product was well wrapped and arrived in good time and in perfect condition. Hard to find a good quality 120W floodlight bulb for my work bench. led don't give the same clarity/focus of light. Now happy in my shed again :-) Thanks
