Cannot recommended LLEA highly enough. From start to finish the service we received was exceptional. The initial valuation was carried out promptly and we were advised of our options. Our home was marketed perfect with stunning photographs and videos. There was a great online campaign on social media. The viewings were carefully managed and we received regular feedback throughout. The team at LLEA reassured our concerns at each stage of the process and kept in regular contact. Everybody I have spoken to has been so professional and helpful. Our agent Kelly was absolutely fantastic. Helped me and my partner get our first ever home. Explained the process easily so we understood everything where others who we have put bids in with just left us to it. Plenty of chatty phonecalls that finished in giggles but never took away from the seriousness of the life decision we were about to make.
