Lanarkshire law estate agents have sold 2 of my properties and with both properties Kelly, Kevin, Linda and all staff were professional, enthusiastic and driven to get the best price possible for my properties using all platforms available to sell our property and provided constant updates through their app and reassurance face to face that was greatly appreciated

Excellent service from the first day I popped into the office to enquire about selling my property. I received a lovely welcome from everyone. Lynn arranged for Hugh to call out, and he came out to see me 2 days later. Since then, all the team have kept in contact with me giving me constant updates about viewings and offers. Sold my flat within 1 week of it going on the market, the team at Lanarkshire Law fetched a great price and marketed my property to a wide reaching audience. The demand and interest absolutely blew me away. But what blew me away more, was just how responsive, caring and customer focused the staff were at every step of the journey. People like Yyvonne, and Kerryann in the office, and my Estate Agent Hugh. They went the extra mile to address any concerns or questions I had throughout the process and I really felt at ease, in stark contrast to me when I was looking for a house/viewings with other estate agents who really fell short, Lanarkshire Law stood out by a long shot all the staff were likeable and really personable and they are the best in this area by a country mile !! I had a very good experience selling the property. The marketing was excellent and viewings were handled efficiently making the whole process far less stressful than I expected.

Paul was great when selling our home and everything was organised efficiently from start to finish. Paul carried out all our viewings and kept us up to date regularly. Our viewings were grouped together which made it easier for us as a family to be out the house. I would definitely recommend Lanarkshire Law.

From the moment I met Hugh at my property to discuss the sale I knew we would be doing business together. He was straight talking, knowledgable and took the time to understand my concerns etc. I then moved through the process to Lynn who was really bubbly and again took time to really understand my sale and all the moving parts.
