Having recently purchased a new front door and windows from Lancashire double glazing for the front of our house I have to say I was highly impressed with the product and the consultant who dealt with our order
The consultant never pressured me in any way to get a sale in fact he was extremely helpful with his knowledge and advice about what would suit us best.
Everything arrived and was fitted to a high standard on time …we are delighted with our windows ….thanks again

Really disappointed in this company turned up to build a 4mtr bifold opening and installation to my home and said on the day that they had to move a radiator that wasn’t picked up in the survey so wanted another £200. Then after install I’ve had the door for 16 months and the drop/up rod bolts failed in the door and they came and fixed it within 3/4 days then 24 hours later rang me looking for over £100 saying it was no longer in warranty. Firstly they gave me no opportunity to get alternative quotes and secondly I had to remind them of my rights under the consumer rights act 2015 ie a product having a life expectancy and it is most certainly not 12 months I’ve investigated this and generally locksmiths say a lock should last a minimum of 7 years! This isn’t a bad company elements of it are excellent, the two guys that built the opening were superb but be wary of what you’re entitled to and don’t be rode rough shot over by people trying to make a fast buck. Just in the process of getting another 4m bifold for another area of my house and following this I’ll be going elsewhere 😡

Top Company , We can’t recommend Lancashire Double Glazing enough , the orangery/ extension they have just installed for us is absolutely fabulous, each tradesman was conscientious and did a smashing job for us that.

Disliked the delay from promised start date as time off work was taken, however once started the work was good and tidy, very friendly. Overall happy with the work done rebuilding our porch.

I contacted a handful of window company’s for my problem that was new windows trough out my property and also some french doors and front door with side windows.

I chosen to go with Lancashire double glazing as at first impression they was the most professional .

They wasn’t my cheapest quote but the Quality of windows are brilliant and the fitting started on the date promised.

Had 2 windows and a door with a large side glass panel fitted by LDG and I'm extremely happy with everything. The lovely salesman Carl, Ian the surveyor and the fitter Mark all very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend LDG every time.

Lancashire Double Glazing were recommended by a friend of mine. I was honestly blown away by how good they are.
From the first contact they were welcoming, friendly and very professional.

The salesman Owen was great real nice chap answered any questions i had and went through all the options available in great detail.

The admin team were great and efficient at getting me booked in for both the measurements to be taken and fitment.

When the windows and doors were fitted Mark was prompt again a real nice chap.
Having never been through window and door replacement before i wasn't sure what to expect. He was awesome you wouldn't now he had been there other than the great new windows and doors. The finish was excellent absolutely no touching up of any kind he left the rooms spotless.

I would definitely recommend Lancashire double glazing to anyone. They really are a sleek, professional and friendly company.

I recently had new windows and doors fitted by Lancashire Double Glazing, and I’m very pleased with them. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and turned up when they said they would, from the initial visit by the salesman Owen, the technical survey and the installers.

The sales visit was very relaxed and there was no pressure for me to “sign on the dotted line” but Owen did bring some samples of windows and provided me with a no obligation quote. The technical survey was very thorough, and the installation itself was superb, all the installers showed attention to detail and everything was finished off very neatly. All the windows and doors feel solid and good quality.

I had a couple of other quotes and the price was very competitive - I feel like I got a quality job at a very fair price. Also the time from ordering to fitting was significantly shorter than other companies were offering so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LDG.

We had a porch fitted a number of years ago and I have to say its still as good as new today.

This is the first review that we have ever written for any company as we wanted to share how impressed we were with LDG. It’s a pity we can’t give more than 5 stars for their excellent service and quality of work from start to finish. From Tony in the Sales Team and Elizabeth in the Office, to all the tradesman from ground workers, fitters, plasterers and electricians we would like to say a massive thank you to them all.

We had a large conservatory fitted to the rear of our property. The style and match to our existing house is amazing and we have received lots of compliments from our neighbours who were also impressed with how neat and tidy the build was carried out.

Every person who worked on the build was excellent, very professional, friendly and always cleaned up after themselves.

We highly recommend LDG to anyone considering having work done to their house as you will not be disappointed! It can be a daunting prospect having any building work done to your house but LDG do treat your home with respect and make the whole experience a pleasure in watching the transformation take place.

We absolutely love our new conservatory, which has turned out better than we ever imagined and have used it every day since. Thanks again to all the staff at LDG for enhancing our living lifestyle!

Owen in sales visited promptly and was very knowledgeable of the products and options available.He sorted out finance , and the whole process was seemless. Mark Daryl fitted the windows in a timely manner and tidied up lovely as due to being near the prom half the beach fell out of the old frames. Highly recommend Lancashire double glazing 10/10
