Excellent customer service
The customer service is 2nd to none. I only work one day a week as I am past retirement age and asked if the wallpaper would not be delivered on that particular day. Unfortunately even though the order was given to the Currier with the expectation it wouldn’t arrive on Thursday I received an email stating it would be with me between 9 and 11 am. Jay Returned my email immediately and said he could see the items had been delivered and possibly left on the path but he had scheduled more wallpaper to replace the original in case it was stolen/damaged. Luckily I managed to inform Jay I had phoned my husband to ask if he could get home & he arrived home just as the driver was ringing my bell.
