They are the Amazon partner provider for recycling electronics and are terrible each time you need to raise a request. They take time to answer, respond from email addresses which do not accept responses back and have no idea of customer service whatsoever - had multiple negative experiences.
Terrible, terrible service. I really wonder how these service companies believe they can get away with such low levels of services. I sent them an email to help clarify something and they said that is not part of their service (basically saying we won't help you). I submitted my figures and then they sent me a penalty. When asked to terminate my contract, they said they need a 6 months notice so I am stuck with them until the 31-12-2025 (which is 11 months from now).
I used Landbell for EPR Germany.
My complaints:
- They canceled the contract as a "service provider" with me, without communicating that they would still be my "Producer Responsible Organization". You would need to be an expert to notice the difference because they didn't mention it in their (apparently partial) cancelation. A disgrace!
- After I noticed they pulled this off, I wanted to cancel but am now stuck with them for another year.
- They are no longer reachable by phone. This was a requirement for me to choose them in the first place.
- Their emails are no longer signed by a person, it's just the Landbell Team. This makes it feel like they're much less accountable.
I can't recommend this company to nobody! Very unprofessional!
They don't even take the time to make an unboarding call.
They come up with reports that don't exist and they ask you to pay those invoices even if you don't have to declare that inventory!
