Dreadful experience with Landform Consultants who also operate as The Glasshouse Collective.

I have lost £18,000 which was paid as a deposit for an oak framed building. I paid a member of this collective, who are all apparently checked and approved. The Collective member failed to turn up on the agreed date, twice. The member no longer answers calls or emails.

I reported this to Landform Consultants who quickly deleted the member’s details from their website. The MD of Landform has apologised personally, but has refused to take any responsibility or offer any help with replacing all or part of the lost deposit.

A business which, in my experience, has no social or commercial conscience whatsoever.
