Grills ordered separately. Arrived promptly but the second one arrived with some damage to the grill. As all the packaging was in perfect condition the damage must have happened before despatch.

I've owned my Landmann Fryton gas bbq for a few months as I personally believe you should try a product for a while before reviewing it. Being a chef I have used a lot of gas and charcoal barbecues in the UK, Holland and the USA. I like the design of this BBQ both for use and clean up. The build quality is vey good and it should last me for some years. I do recommend you consider buying a purpose made cover if you plan to store your barbecue outside.

Great bbq all around.
Didn’t experience any gas smell on my meat, well construction. Some some screws are very different to reach and the quality of the screws is not great, they have very soft heads. Another issue stopping me to put 5* is that one of the panels was crooked from the factory right from the box, nothing to do with delivery.

Excellent customer service.I lost one of the screws assembling the bbq and I was sent a complete pack of screws free of charge immediately.

Disappointed! Although the fire pit I purchased was in the sale I expected the fire pit to be of a good build quality. There is a hole in the top pieces of metal, and all the joints appear poorly finished. I contacted Landmann and their Production Manager confirmed this is the expected quality of the product, so just beware if you decide to purchase that the name does not guarantee a quality finish on the product. I am sure it will work, and it is just the appearance that disappoints, but as Landmann would also only accept a return at my expense I will have to live with it.

Received with no damage which is surprising because packing crate made of cardboard was not in an ideal state. Relieved that contents were all ok. Built ok but had to Redrill one of the side sections as it was misaligned. Some of the locating holes should be oval to allow self adjustment, but all ok in the end. The only other issue is with the drainage tray which is a bit flimsy, could be a bit awkward to clean. Generally quite pleased overall.

Arrived very fast, went together in about 2 hours. Seems well made, I had to change the regulator to fit my Calor Gas bottle. I’m happy with the purchase, can’t wait for first use.

Ordered a Rexon in the sale and it had arrived 5 days later, delivery was smooth and very helpful.
Absolutely love the BBQ itself,although we haven't yet used it so I will update the review after once we have.
BBQ was easy to assemble, only niggle is one of the rivets has been put in on an angle so one of the screws we can't fully get in, and one of the metal parts was bent however we have straightened it and there is no issue. Maybe the way they are packaged could be changed to prevent this.
I was sceptical because of some of the reviews, however took the plunge, and I'm so glad I did.
overall very happy, thank you ☺️

Really great delivery. Only slight issue, one of the side panels was slightly buckled, so a bit of brute force was required to fully assemble. Bar that, great. Highly recommended.

Item arrived with some minor damage messaged the contact us page and have not received a reaponse

The packaging could be improved, several items arrived with minor scratches or slight bends. One item missing from the order but was corrected in 2 days.
