I've recently been on 2 trips with Landmark Coaches the first for a shopping trip in France and the second to Winterland in Cambridge. On both occasions the bus was on time, very clean and the drivers and hostess were friendly and welcoming. Great trips at great prices. Will be booking again.

Coach trip to Newcastle and back ,were not allowed to use the toilet ,why is it advertised as coach with toilet facilities 🤬

On the bus BXN i was jolted out of my chair and flew onto the opposite chair at the back of the bus! Now i have a serious buggered spine. I get very bad anxiety on this bus due to when it travels up hills it seems like it’s going to explode. The windows are that filthy that every time i get on the bus people have drawn willys on them and they are never cleaned off. When i was on a different on my way home, a student banged on the window and the bald bus driver held us hostage and said if nobody admits who banged on the window then we could not go home, my pet fish was dying i never got to say goodbye. In 2019 i accidentally left my mobile phone on the bus and i phoned the company 30mins after i forgot it and they said they would search the bus and that no phone was on there, so the bus driver obviously stole it. Give Tina a pay rise she is the best driver out of everyone.

first coach trip ever after seeing the trips on facebook. Really good and all went smoothly for us. Driver Colin was excellent.

all these busses are atrocious, after my horrible experience on jyj, i went on bxn and it was filthy, i can’t even see out of the windows to watch the landscape. also from an inside source, the employees at landmark get horribly underpaid and over worked, having to drive these horrible busses to horrible schools. please scrap all your busses and get some new ones so people will actually respect this company. thank you

JYJ is the worst bus in the world,the piece of crap is falling apart due to the kid who likes to touch it (DJ C) and the engine sounds like 5 screaming kids locked in landmarks basement.Beware the bus likes to hit people off the road with its faded red paint job.Those who ride in the bus may experience suicidal thoughts due to the heavy fumes locked in the bus.Ive been left in hospital for a few weeks due to this rubbish bus.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Landmark Coaches has always been a solid company , uses rare ALX400 buses which are absolutely amazing, JYJ is the best one they have in the fleet , just wish they got washed more and maintained, Driver Tina is always amazing and always on time

unfortunately some one has recently reported things wrongly if a coach has a problem with door system ie not closing as it should it will not move .

Brake failure mid journey carrying 2 teams of young footballers. Poor.

Excellent Experience - Driver friendly - On Time and Great value hire

Pretty much the most unhelpful and miserable experience, having paid a premium for a bank holiday

Went on one of their day trips in December to Winter Wonderland and honestly cannot fault them. Arrived on time, coaches were clean and I can’t wait to go on there next trip in the summer to the seaside.

Coaches and drivers are lovely! Ignore all bad reviews best coach company in the business!!

Very poor road manners
Had the misfortune of being held up for twenty minutes due to driver overtaking parked cars and forcing on coming car to stop but this time the car didnt move for them
I have had this happen to myself and forced onto the kerb
They maybe an excellent company but as another road user they are bullying smaller vehicles to give up

We have been using Landmark coaches for a significant amount of time, The busses are always clean and the drivers we have had have all been very polite, courteous and well presented, we couldn't ask for better service in general.

They have an application on the website that allows you to track the location of our assigned bus, which makes it invaluable for informing customers where their transport is and knowing what time they will be picked up / dropped off.

We wouldn't want to look elsewhere. As a rule of thumb, if something isn't broken, don't try to fix it !!.

Customer service is excellent and we have found that they are always willing to assist in being adaptable to requests we have made.

I would not hesitate to recommend Landmark for your business needs. thank you to all staff at Landmark
