Zero customer service. About two months ago I purchased a half gallon of their crème which my wife and I use for our coffee. We had the crème for about 3 days and it spoiled. It was not even close to the expiration date so I emailed l o l and provided all relevant data and my email was acknowledged. About 10 days later they sent me an email wanting a photo of the half gallon container which was already placed in the garbage. I advised of such and they promised a coupon for a replacement. That was about a month ago so now they tell me to wait another 10/15 days as the mail takes time. They have no intention of compensating me for their garbage product and if they did they should send me coupons for a years worth of said product. A poorly run business indeed.

I bought land O lake heavy whipping cream to make butter and it would not make butter because it has less than the legal amount of fat in it to be called heavy whipping cream they have less fat less than 36 percent so they are false advertising their heavy whipping cream any time you use their heavy whipping cream to make butter and the butter never forms that is false advertising.
