Like others, I paid for a Drainage and Sewage report, which I did not receive. No response to several requests for an update on the documents and no phone number to call. A very genuine-looking site, but a total scam!

I ordered a Drainage, Sewerage and Water Report including Title Plan. Over two weeks later, I’ve received absolutely nothing—no report, no update, no communication.
Despite chasing via email and requesting a refund, I’ve had no reply. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a paid professional report. I’ll be escalating through my payment provider and consumer protection channels.
If you're considering using this service, be cautious. Based on my experience, it’s unreliable and unresponsive.

Ordered documents costing £24 in March, over 4 weeks later, still nothing recieved. Emailed company, no reply!! Guessing ive been scammed like the others on here.

Complete scam site! You pay and nothing arrives! Emailed company to get reimbursed and you get no reply! DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPAMY!

DO NOT USE. They are a CON. I searched for my daughter who wanted her deeds. This site comes up high on Google but is a CON. They just get the documents from the real Land Reistry but charge 3 times the price. Make sure you go to the site which includes "gov.uk". Search for "government/organisations/land-registry". All other sites are cons. They charge 3 times the price for the same documents. Many reviews also show bad service even then. Be warned.

Don't touch! Over expensive and provide nothing more than the real GOVERNMENT Land Registry site. On top of that, having overcharged you, they then send an email requesting more money, and when you request the documents promised, having missed that they're attachments to the request for money, ignore you for months until you go through the credit card chargeback process. I repeat, don't touch, go to the proper government Land Registry web site. Regards, Nigel

Non-genuine site. Should have been suspicious when it was a .com site not .org but we were in a rush and didn't notice. We received a document but when we queried the information provided the email address they'd sent it from no longer exists. Having to cancel card to avoid further fraud risk as, even though it turns out they're selling it at a £10 mark up from the genuine website, after they've paid for ads to be the first site that comes up on Google the pay off can't be enough to make it worth their while.

Do not use this company - they very quickly take your credit card payment then fail to deliver or respond to anything. I've had no response despite several attempts to contact them.

Ordered a lease on 18th October and am still waiting! Have contacted them a number of times and they have failed to respond or return my money. This is a scam outfit. I should've done my homework and checked their reviews first. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use. Stated would receive docs after 10 minutes. Nothing received. No confirmation email.

I had recently used official land registry service for title plan so knew the difference. With official I immediately received receipt and although it said it could take up to 24 hours, I received docs within the hour.

Contrast with this website where I had received no confirmation of order an hour later.

Took my cash- been waiting a month- no documents and no reply to emails. Scam

I submitted a request to obtain a copy of the lease on my mother's house as I was not able to locate this (at least as far as I could tell) using the official Gov land registry website.

Nothing arrived after 2 days and so I chased them up twice via their website. They then sent me an email saying they had sent the docs the day after I had placed the order (would have been easier to attach the lease with the email!).

After the third chase up from my side they sent me another email with the correct lease attached as a .pdf.

Would be better if they published their email address on the website ideally with a phone number.

Would also be helpful if they emailed an auto acknowledgement which is date stamped and with a reference each time you submit a query online just so you know your communication has a chance of being tracked and hasn't disappeared into a black hole.

I was a bit concerned about all the negative feedback on Trust pilot but in the end it worked for me, so 4* and not 5* because there's room to improve the communication and customer experience.

Be aware this is a private company and not part of the Government Land Registry organisation. The fact that they play on the "Land Registry" name should be a clue of the intent of the company to mislead you.

They have no service levels standards or processes to respond. They come across as unprofessional and lie. I ordered at £80 a water drain and sewer plan (which I know exist) and should take 5 days. Nearly a month later having I had to chase 3 times, their agent lied about Thames Water not be able to find the address.

After a month, I eventually asked for a refund. In the meantime my building project has been delayed until we get access to the correct drains and sewer plans. I should have gone to Thames Water directly in the first instance.

Bogus.
They sent me an email stating my address was invalid. I emailed them again. They are scammers. Do not give them your money. I’ll never see my documents or money again.

Beware this is a bogus company. The web site looks genuine and almost official. The company claim to be able to supply you with all documents relating to your property or land, deeds, searches, rights of way etc. However, once you pay you money on line you never hear from them again. Youi can try phoning them but, there is no phone number on the web site. You can try emailing them but, you will never get a reply. I have since looked on line for others who have lost their money from this scam and there are hundreds. Don’t take my word for it; look them up before you part with your money.

Up Date: Following my review above I received an email asking if I would like a refund. Unfortunately the email will not allow me to reply, another con by this company. What they do is totally illegal and something should be done.
