Please do not use them
Please do not use them. Paid for a plan and title register and have emailed them mutiple times. Absolute idoits. Please do not use them. Cannot believe that their website is up and running which by the way is landregistrytitledeeds.co.uk
I have paid more than £50 for…
I have paid more than £50 for historical title deeds. This website first persuaded me to use it simply by very closely mirroring the name of the actual Land Registry and then once I had paid for the service by ignoring its commitment to provide the service.
I am guilty of having made the mistake of not checking more carefully that I was on the correct website. My mistake.
There is no easy way of contacting them, there appears to be no company registered at Companies House and no emails have yet had a single response.
Be aware that this is without question a website seeking to take advantage and not to serve.

Ripped me off to don't bother with these people scum of the earth
THIS IS A SCAM!!
THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not use them. Payed £24 to them and received nothing. I requested a refund straight away once I realised that I had been scammed. There is no phone number for them. The address is an estate up near Manchester which has no street view. You can’t find this business on companies house. It is incredibly dodgy. When I rang my bank and they started to investigate a refund appeared mid phone call. I had to cancel my card. Do not use this company.
I fell for this scam - report to Action Fraud
I fell for this scam. I am reasonably web literate but didn't realise this wasn't the official Land Registry website. I sent £48 for two searches and heard nothing despite several reminders. I will report them to Action Fraud. UPDATE. emails sent to the company bounce back.
Applied for title deeds assuming this…
Applied for title deeds assuming this site was legitimate. Paid £24.95 on 27th Jan 2025 and received nothing. Requested a refund . No response and no number to call. Wish I’d have checked trust pilot.
Would very much appreciate my money back .
I think this company must be a SCAM
I think this company must be a SCAM. I placed an order and did not receive what was advertised on their web site. I thought I must have requested the wrong document so ordered again on another heading but received the same thing again. Emailed them 3 times but no response from them to date. They take your money but don't send the requested copies or respond to queries. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not use them.
100% a scam!
100% a scam!! Paid for product and never recieved. No answer to emails. Complaints email doesn’t go anywhere.
Please don’t use these scammers! You will be out of pocket also.

Update: thanks Trustpilot. Got a refund and thanks to the people at land registry for being responsive
Another company scamming people
Another company scamming people. No reply to emails. Thankfully my bank refunded me. Use the GOV official one, they get them sent promptly and it’s cheaper!

Items not received as described and no communication from the company, all my emails have been ignored!
Avoid this and read all the other comments, they are VERY accurate
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. Despite not receiving any information as promised, I reached out via email but received no response. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Overall, the service was poor, and I would not recommend it to others
Nothing delivered but a full refund made
Hmm. I requested title deeds and paid the fee. I had a prompt reply asking for clarification to which I responded. But I heard nothing more and no deeds were delivered. They said they aimed to supply within 72 hours. After ten days I decided I had waited long enough so I sent them a polite email saying I wished to cancel the order and requested a refund. They responded promptly with a statement showing a full refund and I am pleased to say the refund arrived a few days later. Only three stars because they didn't deliver. But at least they responded promptly, so three it is.
Poor service
They didn't send me the correct records and have not replied to my repeated requests to either send the correct records or refund me.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I'd gone ahead!
Received one of my orders but the other two are yet to arrive.
Total failure
Total failure - paid my money and they sent me copy of the wrong property and has neither corrected their error or returned my money
This is basically a scam and I fell for…
This is basically a scam and I fell for it. I thought I was using the Land Registry website and paid £17.95 for something that should have cost me £7.
Very Poor Service
The company took ages to send the deeds and when they eventually did they were the developer's deeds that outlined the whole housing estate land and not my individual property. Despite several requests for a refund no one has bothered to respond to my emails. DO NOT USE.
I didn't do my homework
I didn't do my homework. Turns out this is a third party website. What cost me £23 I could have got from the GOV site for £6. You're welcome.
