Superb service, recommended

Poorly Packaged
Purchasing was simple enough with good communication as to receipt and dispatch. UPS appeared to send it in the wring direction but delivery was updated.
Packaging was quite poor with the manufacturers box crumpled though thankfully my order was undamaged. I would have reservations ordering again especially for high value parts.

items received as ordered (3 x ASG .43G bb's) so that was perfect than you. However paid for priority shipping and BB's finally arrived on Sunday 31 rather than Weds 29 June as originally advised by Royal Mail, I suspect that this was as a result of someone in your dispatch dep't applying a "do not fly" label on my parcel, there was no gas or batteries in my shipment. As a company who work in the Police and…
As a company who work in the Police and Military design sectors, we required products from Land Warrior for our projects.
As part of our online purchasing we made some errors in our purchase. We contact Land Warrior and found their services to be Top Class (Excellent). Land Warrior actually answer the phone.
The guys who we spoke with, actually...... knew their product and where able to advise and provide a solution.
All of our orders have arrived one time, ‘well packed’ and undamaged.
We have also been very happy with our orders and one item which we did not require was sent back and they provided a full refund, no questions asked.
We will continue to shop with Land Warrior again and again, I give them 10 out of 10.

Bad customer service
Had a problem with an item that I purchased that arrived damaged,I contacted them on a couple of occasions and sent photos of the item and I received no response at all.The item was £175 and I have had no contact at all!!!!!

Not the usual service I have received from Land Warrior.
Although the delivery was prompt, the item I had ordered was delivered out of its original packaging and was not listed as an open box item as I had paid full price, will definitely be cautious with my next order.

The item is as they are sold new, Krytac do not offer a single magazine only a 5 pack. We offer these as a single replacement for customers rather than having to purchase a full box of 5. Rest assured your item is brand new.
