Excellent calendars printed on heavy paper. Love the art work and the calendar holders/frames that really finish off the product.

I have always ordered from Lang. I have the calendar holders and use the planners every year also. This is the first time I have had to contact Lang with a problem. I have called twice and written to both of the emails that are on the page. When I received my desk calendar and the large wall calendar, the package had come open, my two small planners were missing. I have tried to get someone to answer me but it has been over 8 days with no response. Very disappointed in their customer service.

December,20, after writing another request to the customer service center I did receive my items. Just took a lot of writing. I would update them to a 3 star

I was missing an item in my recent order and I called several times to resolve the issue. I finally talked with someone that promised to mail the missing item that day. It has been over 1 week and I still have not received the missing item. This is a gift for a special friend and I may not be able to give her everything when i see her in 2 days.

This is not the level of care that I associate with Lang. :-(

I hope that the missing item arrives tomorrow. Otherwise, I will ask to return the portion of the gift i have received.

This was my first Lang order, though I have bought their calendars for years. I purchased plates, table runners, calendar, frame, and planner. I am very pleased with the quality merchandise and the overall experience.

Calendar did not hold up
The spiral wire was not set where the pages turned smoothly and in was not straight. Some of the pockets came apart as well.

For decades, I have relied on Langs as a source of providing me choices of well designed calendars to gift to customers, relatives and friends at Christmas time. Never disappointed and such a wide variety to choose from

Merchandise is great, just what I want.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY LANG CALENDARS EVERY YEAR. SOMETIMES THROUGH A COMPANY HERE IN HOME TOWN, BUT I LIKE TO GET THEM FROM LANG COMPANY. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL CALENDAR'S. HAVE A GOOD NEW YEAR ALL.

I've been ordering the Lang calendars for many years now. I am very pleased with the beauty and quality of these calendars. I can't imagine going through a year without them. I order these both for my home and my office. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I am a long time Lang customer and love their products. I have never had a problem before. My recent order was shipped timely, however, upon opening I found I had received someone else's order. I called immediately as I had ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday. I was told since it was the end of the day and they would be closing soon I would be called the next day. I wasn't. I called the following day and was told they had shipped my order which I did finally receive 12 days later. I will continue being a Lang customer however I will never assume ordering a gift 2 weeks before needing it will be sufficient.

I am a long time customer of Lang. Each year Santa delievers our new Calendars under the tree. We love the art work and quality of all the gifts we buy from Lang.

I love Lang calendars! I order them every year - two for me (home and office) and others for gifts.
I love Lang's fall sales, and free shipping for orders over a specific dollar amount.
The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is the packing of their product for shipping. Calendars are shipped in a rigid flat mailers - okay. Unfortunately the mailer is not water proof and upon occasion I have come home from work on a snowy day to a wet package. The packaging does not provide good protection for the corners of the calendars. The calendars are usually okay and minor corner damage does not show in my calendar frames, however, I really don't like giving a gift with damaged corners. Lang, please consider improving your packaging for shipping.

There was no email concerning my order. The wait time on phone is ridiculous!!

I love Lang Christmas cards. I purchase them every year. The paper quality is excellent and the artwork beautiful.

The item I ordered was downloadable but days later I have not received access to it. The website is a nightmare to navigate: "page not found", and "your cart is empty", even though the cart icon shows I have one item in it, the item I am trying to process. I tried to re-order my downloadable item, but now it says my coupon code is not valid! I will place a call to try to resolve this ... when they open ... in a different time zone than mine.

My first experience ordering Lang cards was excellent. The packaging was impressive. The quality of the Christmas cards speaks for itself, outstanding. I will definitely order more cards from Lang in the future... Thank You !
