Visited Langstane Press reception this morning and was very impressed with the friendly welcome and cheerful advice and help on offer from Ryan and Lesley. Obviously good customer training for front of house staff - well done Langstane Press!

Friendly helpful people

Friendly helpful people.

Had a mixed up order with Langstane via Amazon. Called Langstane and they sorted it all out in minutes.

Very friendly and correct order was delivered next day.

Good prices too!

BAD COMPANY WITH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID!

I placed an order in good faith with Langstane Press Ltd (head office in Aberdeen) on Amazon (order#: 202-5866186-2475504); I paid immediately by credit card and the order was accepted. The next day I received an email out of the blue saying they had cancelled my order? They gave no reason and they haven't even bothered to contact me to explain the situation. Terrible customer service to say the least. It was the first time I have placed an order with Langstane and it will be the last. I loathe companies like Langstane who don't give a damn about their customers. Would they like it if I had cancelled and messed them around. Avoid this company at all costs and look elsewhere; I would have given them a zero rating if I could!

Hi,

Further to your review may I try and explain the situation we find ourselves in. Our Amazon seller account was hacked on Tuesday (13/12/16) and over 168,000 products that we don't sell (....from garden sheds to compressors to laptops to 4K tv's to turf!!) were somehow added to Amazon listing us as the "seller" and all at extremely low prices. There were large volumes of orders coming through and we finally managed to get Amazon to help us close down our Langstane Outlet to stop any more coming in. Amazon then locked our seller account to investigate the hack/scam. Today (14/12/16 8:30am) we still find ourselves in the same situation with having no access to see what "real orders" are still there plus all the countless messages and queries that we are unable to respond to properly due to the locked-out access. I am aware that Amazon must have been cancelling orders yesterday but disappointed they did not give out the reason why, so that customers knew it was completely out of our control. We do not receive any monies from Amazon for any goods until we despatch and as we will never be able to ship these fake listings then we will never receive any payment. The minute we regain access to our account we will reply to all messages and orders received (assuming we will still see them when we get back in to the portal?) and they have not been deleted by Amazon as part of their "sanitising" process.

While we struggle to understand what the hackers can get out of a scam like this it is certainly causing us distress (and frustration) while we try and sort this out with Amazon and also appreciating the frustrations you (and others) will feel given the situation.

We have an extremely high Amazon rating (c99%) as well as an excellent business rating in Scotland dealing with many large public and private companies and would appreciate if you can contact me directly at Langstane so I can expand on anything further that I am able to
