The staff were quite nice and everything was straightforward, but the room was incredibly hot and small.
From 1 to 100 I give to you a 99 …nice people working there
A great experience relies on people first approach and trust and satisfaction.
The staff were very nice. The rules were strict but necessary. However, the lab needs improvement there should be more space between individual testing stations, especially when talking to the examiner.
The location is so easy to find only 15-17 minutes away by walk from central Milton Keynes station and almost 10 minutes away from the The Point Milton Keynes. The examiner who I had interview with was such a brilliant and understandable teacher, however some questions were asked by her in my opinion were irrelevant to the exam interview. I might be wrong but obviously I was concerning about after the interview.
I liked the way they treated me when I stepped in. I liked the gentleman who spoke to me calmly. I liked the lady who was sitting in the room during my exam. She was nice and I was worried she calmed me. I liked the examiner she was so beautiful and understandable way of speech and clear pronunciation. All great.
Lovely exam center! They gave me such a warm welcome right from the start, and the whole place feels really nice, calm, and comfortable. Super convenient location too — right near the main road, so it’s easy to find and get to. Highly recommend!
Very expensive for such a short test.Should be more like the charge for the Driving Theory Test, which takes much longer.Difficult to find.was there free parking? the website said so but again no prominent signs to show if so.

I felt calm and emotionless even though I didn't pass the test because I get very emotional when I speak English.
Was a relaxed environment people were helpful excellent service
recently took a LanguageCert exam and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
Upon arrival, a member of staff looked at my passport photo and loudly asked me, in front of other candidates, whether the person in the photo was actually me. I confirmed that it was and explained that I was wearing makeup in the passport picture but was not wearing any on the day of the exam. I found this interaction embarrassing and unnecessary, especially as it was discussed publicly rather than discreetly.
Comments of this nature can have a significant impact on a person’s confidence and mental wellbeing. For individuals who already struggle with self-esteem, such remarks can be particularly upsetting.
In addition, during the security checks, a male staff member asked me to show my ankles. While I understand the need for security procedures, I felt uncomfortable being physically checked by a male member of staff. I would strongly recommend that female candidates are checked by female staff members wherever possible.
I suggest that LanguageCert provides additional training to its staff on professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity when interacting with candidates. Exam days are already stressful, and staff should ensure that candidates feel respected and comfortable throughout the process.
Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling distressed and significantly affected my overall impression of the examination process.
