The B1 exam I took wasn't that level at all.
It was very difficult.
I had never heard the words she was saying.

I took the LanguageCert exam twice, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing both times.
The exam was far more difficult than expected and did not feel consistent with the advertised level. I have taken multiple English exams before and achieved good results, and my English level is around B2–C1, so the results were honestly surprising.
In addition, I experienced serious technical and administrative problems. During my first attempt, the identity verification process took more than one hour, and I faced difficulties accessing the exam. This caused stress, loss of concentration, and negatively affected my performance.
Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and unnecessarily stressful. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend LanguageCert exams.

I had a very good experience with LanguageCert, Liverpool Center. The reception process was smooth and well organised, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly from the beginning.
The examiners were also very kind and professional, which made me feel relaxed and much less nervous during the exam. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Thank you to the whole team for providing such a positive experience.

The test was okay, audio quality was great and examiner was friendly
However, I think you need to make the registration process simple by harmonising payment and registration
After payment, I was waiting to have my test booking confirmation sent to me only to discover a day to the intended date that payment is different from registration. The customer help phone number wasn’t working. To me it was a bit stressful to navigate through
Waste of time and money don’t use this place everything is bad unfair we had A2 English speaking and listening test failed twice. I’d say to pass this level you have to speak fluent. Instead go to Trinity College London they’re the best!
