Lanorubbish.

Bought lanoshield with hand sprayer and 10 minutes the sprayer stopped working, got in touch with company who said need to warm the solution up and put the complete sprayer in some red hot water but none of these things made any difference and it still wouldn't spray. Tried emailing for further help but don't respond. Customer service is absolutely disgraceful, wouldn't recommend the product to anyone.

Lanoshield is GARBAGE

Lanoshield is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE for cars! It can't handle the salt, road-chippings & general environmental conditions.... it cracks & flakes off very quickly - probably as a result of it having no petroleum based ingredients. You might as well save a few quid & go old-skool & spray the underside of your car with used engine oil. If you want something specifically made for cars that lasts & protects long-term then products like Waxoyl, Shultz etc are what you need.
As far as I'm aware, Lanoshield has no connection with Lanoguard (a superior product although still not great for cars). The guy behind Lanoshield, Dave Ashton, is a salesman/re-marketer with zero qualifications or experience in manufacturing chemicals, unlike the companies manufacturing proper car protection products. I don't for a minute believe the claims on Lanoshield's website about them working with 'leading UK chemists'. Lanoshield's website design is identical to Ashton's other business, Ashton Marine Services. As far as I'm concerned Lanoshield is snake-oil rubbish being marketed by a snake-oil salesman.

Poor after sales service

I ordered 5l of Lanoshield with the 1m sprayer. The product itself seems great but the sprayer lasted all of 15 minutes before it gave up irretrievably despite my efforts to clean it with warm water and detergent. The result was a lot of wasted product and I was covered from head to toe. My only issue with this company is their aftersales service - I contacted them and received no response until my second attempt. I requested a couple of replacement sprayers and a small credit to allow for the wasted product. The MD responded personally but was not helpful in the least, truth is he came across as rather arrogant. Not sure how the product compares to others on the market but I shall shop elsewhere next time.
