I had to put a rush job title on my order, and these guys delivered. There was a little confustion in the office about my order status and the girls in the office were all over it making me and my customer extremly happy. Not all assemblies are made equally, I really liked the composition of the assembly, we were really rough with it and it held up like a champ.

Great looking materials!
The materials look great. I wasn't sure the proper way to unspool the armored fiber without having one end loose and flopping all over the place though. It would be a bonus to label the fiber with their lengths, I had to unspool them all next to each other and measure.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. To address your concerns, you ordered the assemblies with a pulling eye on one end. We do clearly state we recommend pulling eyes on both ends. Most installers would clip the back end to the reel or anything nearby to avoid the back end of the assembly from flopping around. They also protect your connectors.
Regarding the lengths of the spools, we always label both ends of the assembly with the part number which includes the exact length of the assembly and whatever connectors you chose. We also include a test report with each assembly that has the sku number of the assembly on it as well. You absolutely did not need to unspool all of the assemblies and put them next to each other.
Moving forward, if you have any questions or concerns when you receive the product, please reach out to us. We would have been more than happy to help you. We would have advised you to look a the cable label for the length and to tie off the back end of the assembly to keep it from flopping around.
