My replacement battery for my laptop began losing life way too soon around the 6 month mark. Two months later the charged battery drains so quickly I have to keep my laptop plugged in. :(
The one year warranty is not worth much when you're expected to ship the faulty battery back to them at your own expense. I'll be buying a genuine Apple battery next time.
