Bit disappointed with handling of laptop defect
I purchased a Dell Vostro 3350 on a Tuesday afternoon, by Wednesday afternoon it was at my doorstep. Great speedy delivery. Everything was fine until I discovered my laptop was creating static noise from the audio output. I contacted laptop.dk tech support and received lukewarm responses. I had to pursue them to get a definite answer as to what would happen. Eventually they asked for me to return the laptop (with a prepaid return label that they sent - that was nice), and after some 16 emails back and forth, I was given the choice of getting my money back or ordering a different laptop model . I decided to get my money back, (CORRECTION: and they have agreed to refund everything, laptop, shipping and credit card free.) .

31-10-12: Computer udleveret til kunden kun 25,5 time efter online-
bestilling er modtaget.
Samme aften (kl. 22:24) e-mailer kunden omkring et problem med
produktet.
01-11-12: Laptops.dk har gennem hele dagen en løbene dialog med kunden
omkring løsnings forslag
og forslår at kunden returner maskinen så frem han ikke er
tilfreds med produktet.
02-11-12: Laptops.dk tester tilsvarende produkt ud fra kundens
fejlbeskrivelse og finder ingen fejl hvorfor vi anbefalede kunden
at returnere computeren (forudbetalt fragtseddel fremsendes pr.
e-mail) så vi kan undersøge kundens computer.
05-11-12: Laptops.dk modtager kundens computer som bliver testet inden for
24 timer ud fra kundens fejlbeskrivelse.
06-11-12: Kunden får besked om at resultatet er identisk med den allerede
testede identiske model hvor der ingen fejl er fundet hvorfor vi
må konkludere at en ombytning ikke vil afhjælpe problemet.
Laptops.dk anbefale at ophæve købet hvorefter kunden frit kan
vælge om han ønsker pengene retur eller et andet produkt fra vores
sortiment.
Kunden vælger at ophæve købet og få pengene retur hvilket altid sker på første kommende torsdag selv om lovgivningen giver mulighed for op til 30 dage.
Det fulde købsbeløb bliver refunderet inkl. alle kreditkort omkostninger

lidt dyrt men fandme hurtig
i could have bought my new laptop battery in the united states for a bit cheaper but the shipping was lightning fast, also good that it was available in døgnpost. i'm happy with my decision to buy it from laptops.dk instead of waiting for my upcoming trip to the states in october.
