I took your published testimonials cum grano salis. I was wrong. As you know, we had some problems. All were solved within 24 hrs. of raising them, either over the phone immediately, or by delivery following day. My particular thanks to your 'helpdesk lady'. Her 'phone was always answered (usually within 3-rings, longest 5) and she was always helpful. I mention also your carriers. All equipment arrived promptly and without dints to, mystery footmarks on, slashes through, etc., the external packaging. Further, it worked 'out of the box'. You quoted 2-5 days. Including problems, we completed withinin six. Well done! That we overran was my fault, not yours. Had I not adopted a piecemeal approach to my installation, we would have met your quote. Better yet, your prices are very competitive. I shall recommend you to all friends and acquaintances. It is not, "You may safely deal with this company."
