I bought a laptop battery for my old laptop and it was priced fairly. Good delivery and battery works. I would shop here again.

Arrogance and lack of ability to listen to client's query

Ordered two batteries after going through there configuration screen neither would charge after fitting. Contacted customer support and received no reply after multiple attempts?

Avoid at all costs!

As an IT Professional for over 20 years I have made several purchases from Laptops & Spares, they always seem to have the part I need when I need it, many other places don't. This time I purchased a replacement battery for a Dell 5300 2-in-1 laptop, however an incorrect part was shipped. I dropped the team an email and "Charlie" responded within the hour admitting that there was an error on the site and I could return the part. Charlie was exceptionally helpful, arranging for the part to be collected however the collection process requires a "waybill" to be printed and I didn't have access to a printer... No problem... the collection was cancelled and a parcel drop off created that was less than a 5 minute walk from away..

Brilliant service, no quibble, no fuss.. Totally recommend Laptops & Spares as a "Go To" supplier, they are now at the top of my list.

So I live in Northern Ireland and because of the political problems we have with the Irish sea border it affected my delivery, however when I emailed them ,a fella Charlie phoned straight away to help get my parcel sorted. For me it was the speed and effort that was made to assist in anyway that impressed me. I would highly recommend ordering from them. Other places are charging 2 - 3 times the price for the same or similar parts, which is absolute madness.

Do not trust. I ordered the battery that was urgently needed, showed as in stock (and still does) and paid extra for next day delivery. After 3 days of anxious waiting I rang them and they informed me that the item was not even in stock. No appology

Ordered a Battery on line .It was delivered next day to Northern Ireland

Ordered a replacement battery for a very old Mac. After reading some reviews, I made sure I used the model number of the battery. It arrived the next day and fitted perfectly no issues.

Ordered a battery for Acer laptop. Unit was faulty and wouldn't accept charge. After a delay they agreed a return but after two weeks still no refund and no response to emails so have had to raise a PayPal claim. Would not use this company again.

Paid for next day delivery, it showed up 2 days later. Contacted them about this and no response.
The parts were not compatible with my laptop despite having used their compatibility function on the site, contacted them about this on multiple email addresses, no response. Had to raise a case with PayPal

The Battery I received was way better than the one I ordered, 3400Ah instead of 2600 Very fast delivery. Brought my old HP laptop back to life, Can't thank you enough.

Website was easy to navigate and find the correct battery for my Lenovo laptop. The supplied battery was a make I had come across in the past. The battery came well packaged and within the delivery time scale given.
The battery fitted perfectly and with instructions for battery conditioning which was well written and in proper English.
The battery charged and I've been running it down for a number of hours playing video ready for it to be charged and run down again tomorrow as suggested in their battery conditioning leaflet.
My only small criticism would be lack of a confirmation of order email although the next morning a paid invoice and delivery information came into my inbox.
Oh and the price was good. I would definitely use this company again without hesitation.

Needed a replacement for an old Dell laptop... These guys supplied one which appeared to be faulty. Their reaction was excellent and after a return, a replacement was provided and has worked perfectly. Top marks.

My Acer Laptop accepted their replacement battery without any problem. I had already tried three other replacement batteries from suppliers that claimed theirs to be compatible but would not work. Their support team were also very helpful and responded promptly to my queries.
So I am happy to give my full recommendation.

New replacement laptop battery delivered in good time, well packaged in perfect condition at a reasonable cost. Easily fitted and worked immediately. Only gripe is I never got an email notification after my order and spent following couple of days wondering if I'd been scammed. Emailed customer support requesting an update and got no response. Fretted for a further 4 days until I got notification from delivery company of delivery time later that day. Sure enough package was delivered at given time. Overall quite happy with transaction and would use again.

Received battery. Late compared to claimed deliverytimes. It was broken on arrival. I have emailed three times and had no response at all. One advertised email address does not work. Very poor.

Bought a replacement battery for my HP laptop. Found it easily on the website using the search facility. Arrived within stated timescale. Good price. Works fine. Lets hope it lasts as long as the original - 8 years!!!
