Helpful customer service experience

I purchased 1 of their cylinders and their "Hush Pump". The cylinder was perfect, but the pump failed on me after a single use. I thought it was the batteries but after multiple failed attempts with new sets, I can only assume it was a circuitry issue. After two emails and two voicemails later over the course of a month, I've received ZERO responses. Very disappointing, because I'm sure this situation we perfectly resolvable, but now I'm just out $90 for a dysfunctional piece of plastic.
Excellent cylinders though.
