Missing crucial part
While the bed was delivered within the initial timeframe, a key component of the bed was missing and so the bed could not be built. We contacted customer services and were told it would be up to 14 days for the part to be sent, so while it has only been 9 days so far, we are still waiting and we have been sleeping on the floor. The bed looks great but can’t fully comment yet as we’ve not been able to put it together.

The bedding I ordered didn’t turn up
The bedding I ordered didn’t turn up. I got a proof of delivery picture that was clearly neither of my building nor my parcel. I’ve raised the issue with evri and also emailed LaRedoute. Absolutely no response from La Redoute customer service. Evri told me they would get in contact with La Redoute to inform them the parcel was missing, but that I needed to liaise with them regarding what my options are. Still have no bedding, no refund, or even an answer. Very disappointed in LR customer service.

Beautiful quality and good value
The pillow slips are lovely - very comfortable under my head, and a good size. The only down side is that this company uses Evri, and they took an age to get the parcel to me.
