Kept up to date re delivery times and arrived on time. The side table is excellent and would fit in anywhere as a great size. The different colour wood types makes it blend in perfectly in the Lounge with other colours.

Fabulous chair and responsive Customer Service.
I purchased a brightly coloured, orange, floral feature garden chair from La Redoute which provides a stunning, one-off addition to my new patio/garden space.
It was packed well and came from the main distribution centre in France. Before I received the chair, there was a further reduction in price. Once I received the chair, which is fabulous quality, I mailed Customer Service to question the price difference. The small difference was refunded immediately. Excellent customer service and a great chair too.

Item arrived cracked and dirty - I was only offered a 15% refund or would be forced to repackage the item in its original state for return which I’m unable to do physically.

Cotton duvet/eiderdown for hot weather.
Quick delivery on item I only seem to be able to order from France. Brought very thin cotton duvet/eiderdown for hot weather. Had one previously and found it easy care and more suitable for sleeping under than a 4 tog.
