Came packaged great and safe, arrived quicker than expected

I recently bought some Koni dampers from Larkspeed because they had them at a good price. The team responded very quickly to my queries before I purchased and were transparent about stock availability. After ordering I was reminded again when I could expect delivery and given the opportunity to cancel my order. I confirmed I was happy to wait and the parts came exactly when they said they would.

Called on a Thursday lunchtime and parts with me Friday morning.

I have to admit I’ve not used larkspeed for years, but was looking for some suspension components and they came up. Quick chat on line order by phone and hey presto I got exactly what I needed not only quickly to a rural location but a great price and even a small discount.

What’s not to like, look forward to shopping again soon, next time I’ll be a little more relaxed🤣

Highly recommend for all your car part and modification needs!! I have used Larkspeed for as long as I can remember for all my car parts and modification.
Recently replaced my warnout shocks using Larkspeed's second-to-none advice. Richard recommended a full kit and gave brilliant guidance on what should be done to get the best out of the kit. These guys are clearly petrol-heads and definitely know their stuff. Customer service is faultless and they had the kit ready for me to pickup in no time.

The staff are the most knowledgeable I’ve come across in this industry. Anything you need to know about suspension or any other modification for that matter these guys will have the answer!!

This is the third time over a number of years i have used this company,first time was ok,the last two times have indicated that this company really does not know how to conduct business in a proper manner,things will be ok if they have your product in stock,however if they dont have it in stock they will take your money and tie it up for a week or more till they can be arsed refunding you....anybody who wishes to do business with this company should think long and hard before parting with their cash and triple check the parts they want are in stock and are correct....i will never use this excuse for a company ever again and also i will actively discourage people, either by hearsay, or on internet forums, to keep clear of this shambles of a company

Best aftermarket parts suppliers I've ever come across, they go out of their way to help you, nothing is too big of an ask for these guys. Best in the business.

Send the rong parts for my car and this wasn't enough send me the rong royal mail label for return the parts finally I was pay for the return and they blame me.I do really understand they make one mistake,but they make two of them and blame the customer,sow losse my time and 23£ for delivery ,never again buy from this company.
