Advertising wine not available and failing to identify rating though seller has rating on its website. Complaint to Lasoo not acted on - I asked on the same day for the alternative year wine I ordered to be cancelled before the order was activated - ignored and the wine order continued - eventually delivered. Lasoo demonstrated very poor customer protection or support - very poor monitoring of providers descriptions.
