Booked a holiday with last check mid Jan 2014 and arrived in Benidorm 19th March 2014, flights OK, transfers OK arrived at apartments, they were not expecting us.
Had to pay AGAIN for accommodation for our weeks holiday. Called Lastcheck and their answer machine said they went into Administration on the 7th March 2014. After numerous phone calls and several different companies later I am awaiting to hear if and when the accommodation money will be re-paid. We were not the only holidaymakers this has happened to recently. Makes you wonder why they insist you play for the protection plan as this is usually optional on websites. I would not recommend them EVER!!!!!!! I am really annoyed that my money is sitting in their bank account gaining interest since January 2014, I'm now out of pocket again and who knows when I will receive compensation.

We booked with lastcheck.ie as it was the cheapest quote for the accommodation we wanted in Lanzarote. But when we arrived at the accommodation we were informed that they were fully booked and were moved to another accommodation in other side of town. We got no notice of this from lastcheck. We rang them, no answer and left a message for them to contact us asap. They never replied. We rang them again the next day - they blamed the hotel, we explained that we werent happy as we wanted to stay on other side of town and they said they would endeavour to move us and get back to us in 2 days. They never rang us back. Since coming back I have sent a complaint to their customer service department...a week later and no reply!!!

After spending countless days searching online for our summer holiday, we stumbled across Lastcheck and I am so glad we did! It was very easy to book, we received the vouchers we needed straight away. No problems at all. The hotel we stayed at was perfect, no complaints at all, our transfers were simple. I received a text message the day before we left explaining what time we would be collected in Tenerife to be taken to the airport. Every part of our holiday ran to schedule and we encountered no problems at all. We will definitely be coming to your site first from now on! And I have already recommended you to a few friends and family members. Well done and thank you!!

Lastcheck got us a great price on an apartment in Cyprus. We stayed at The Petsas Apartments in Coral Bay for £93 for 7 nights in March. Just had to print our voucher and go. Will check them out next time we are going anywhere!

My husband and I spent a week at Hotel La Siesta Playa de las Americas in Tenerife and it was very good, we booked through last check as it was much cheaper than anywhere else. Easy, quick and efficient would definitely recommend. Thank you.

My mum and I have just come back from a lovely week at The Reina Isabel Hotel. We had a great time and everything was well organised once we had booked our holiday and documents were emailed quickly to confirm our booking.

The holiday was good value and a fair price!

I would not hesitate to use Last Check again.

We got checked into the Apartments and were told our room would be ready in an hour, we were given our All Inclusive armband and given full access to the hotel facilities and we were able to store our luggage while we waited. An hour later we picked up our room key and were given a map displaying Apartments facilities and information.
The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. Not one ant inside the room which is nearly unheard of. The bed linen was changed once a week, towels were changed every 2 days. We were staying in room 225 and no matter what you hear other people saying about pool views, try and get one of the ones we had. They may not have sun loungers on your balcony but you have privacy. The room is facing a park which is pleasant to look at when relaxing in the afternoon. We got the sun on the balcony from 1pm – 5.30pm everyday with barely a breeze.
This was a Garden View room which had tea and coffee making facilities, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was of a very good standard and the power shower was good though it did go cold on a few occasions. There was a TV with a few channels to choose from. The beds weren’t the best for comfort though I think 7 nights was enough! There was automatic lighting in the stairwells at night.
The bar staff in the complex are extremely good, hardworking and very friendly. Sometimes we would wait a while before a member of staff would come to the bar to serve us. Though it was never much of a wait. They may get a bit swamped at times - but they work very hard. The bar had quite a varied menu but we were disappointed not to have cocktails on the all-inclusive menu. But there was a varied selection of Rum, Vodka, Whisky, Gin and mixers including Soda water and Lime which I love. There was only 1 type of beer on draught though which was disappointing. The restaurant had a varied menu (a meat, chicken and fish, pasta, potatoes and vegetables every night for main course). Chips were served every night, which was great for me! Ice cream is available every day at lunch and dinner and it was delicious every time. A snack bar is also available in-between meal times, which give you a choice of: burger, hotdog, sandwiches, salad, etc. (This snack menu is for AI). We never saw 1 fly in the restaurant which was excellent.
For sunbathing purposes, the pool area looks good. It is quite open which means it gets a lot of wind. We found it too windy to sit by the pool and instead we used a sand pit (play area) at the back of the Apartments and our balcony as there was barley a breeze there. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during out stay and were given a bottle of wine as a gift which was greatly appreciated. A nice personal touch!
Crazy Golf was located at the back of the Apartments for 1 euro per person and tennis is 6 euro an hour. Wi-Fi is not free with this Apartment Complex there is daily charge of 6 euro for this service or 1 euro for 10 minutes on their computers. The computers themselves were quite slow at loading pages most of the time, one time it took me 4½ minutes to get onto a website.
The Apartment Complex had a shop onsite, a mini-club for kids and entertainment most nights. Entertainment wasn’t up to much but the kids seemed to enjoy themselves.
Overall a very enjoyable place to stay, a 15 minute stroll would take to the beach or into the busier side Costa Teguise were there is loads of wee shops and bars.

We've just returned from a fantastic weeks holiday in Gran Canaria, it's the first time we'd booked with Last Check and will definately book with them again, as we had a very smooth transaction and found them to be the cheapest by far.

First time I have used last check but I will certainly be using it again. Booked my hotel only, through last check and everything was good, and cheaper than elsewhere. Next time I will probably book the whole holiday .

I have always booked with a tour operator in the past but this time decided to take a chance and booked on-line with last check, I came across the site whilst looking for reviews on a particular hotel i had chosen. Last check not only offered this hotel but it was much cheaper than i had found elsewhere, it proved to be a wise decision as everything from flights to transfers were arranged with last check and our holiday experience was amazing and all went without a hitch. I will definitely use this site again and have already recommended it to several friends.

Went to the H10 Cosat Adeje Palace / Tenerife. Lowest price quoted and lovely staff. Fab hotel, We got a low floor as requested, food great ,location great.Can't fault it.

I have been using last check for several years now and have never encountered as problem. This last booking did not come through on the email, but a quick phone call was all it took (to an actual live person!) and it was there immediately. I have also made changes to bookings without any issue. Accommodation has always been as it is stated, better in fact at times. Great service and have recommended to others many many times. We will continue to use for all our holidays.

Booked hotel only, easy booking process, cheapest by far for our accommodation, would definitely recommend.

cannot recommend lastcheck enough have used them for the first time and it will not be the last. sometimes your really wary of using someone that you have not used before but i need not had worried everything was fine you could pay a lot more for your holday with the big well known companys. but you would have just got the same service for twice the price so once again thanx for a stress free experince and look forward to the next one.

Booked a short trip to Majorca with Lastcheck, website easy to use and gave the cheapest price. Would definately use again and would recommend to others.

The ic green palace hotel in lara had the most beautiful and tranquil outside gardens I've ever experienced. The coffee shop with its chocolate fountain and dainty pastries was delightful and was open till 10 at night serving delicious liqueur coffees. It is situated behind the outdoor ampitheatre which had some brilliant acrobatic shows, including a fantastic dance show by a russian dance troupe. Food was amazing, freshly barbecued meat every day, several types of pasta and sauce cooked fresh, and freshly cooked pide. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a good holiday from the web site. I knew where I was going to so I was not in need of a Holiday Rep. Everything was very reasonably priced, in place and very efficient. Thank you Lastcheck.
