Terrible experience! The company flipped my name around so my first name is my last name. Then I paid to get it changed. They failed to change it, so just cancelled the flight booking instead. They emailed me to tell me they've cancelled the booking the night before the flight! Appalling service! Plus, they still call me by my second name even though I've told them 100 times what I'm called.
The last time I left feedback, someone from the company said they've checked the file and there is no record of me contacting them about this. Please rest assured I have contacted them and we have had 9 emails back and forth.

I was a victim of insane dynamic pricing and ended up paying $700 per night for a 3 star hotel that was more like 2 star. The only option I had when purchasing was a twin room that I thought there may be a chance of moving to a queen/king bed, given the ridiculous money I paid. The main issue was that twin room are only facing the street and there was 24 hour construction opposite my room, so even on level 7, I could here the trucks all night even through my ear plugs. When I complained, they said that as I booked through last minute, they couldn't do anything about it. For LM to promote this level of hotel and charge $700 is close to price fixing.

I paid £655 via bank transfer on 20 May 2026 for a flight and hotel package. lastminute.com took my money but never confirmed the booking. I have been chasing them for over 2 days through multiple phone calls, live chats and emails. Every agent told me to wait with no resolution. I have now been forced to open a formal case with the UK International Consumer Centre. My money is still missing. Avoid paying by bank transfer with this company.

Details on website are not details on confirmation email as baggage allowance removed.
We tried to rebook the holiday to check and baggage should be included.
We've called three times and each time we are hung up on to input a reference number but this is not accepted as we're calling from a different number to the one that booked the holiday.

An amazing hotel. Beautiful luxury throughout. Pool is small at the hotel. Showers could do with more pressure. The breakfast is comprehensive. Staff polite and cordial. The shuttle service to V&A is free on the hour (return every 1/2 hour). Lots of places to dine at the V & A.
While I was trying to make the payment, they called me and offered me a discount. The lady I spoke with was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made the booking much easier. Excellent customer service — thank you!

They do not solve my reimbursement on my "free-cancallation" hotel booking
Now I have never received my reimbursement voucher and keep calling them and never have answer

Very disappointed. I paid a big amount of money using fast link payment for my holiday. The money gone from my account and last minute. Come said they didn't receive it it takes me several days and many phone calls to chchase the money..
At the end lastminute.com said we will refund u.. this is been many days I have not received my money back...

A delightful, quirky old town with beautiful winding streets. Plenty of places to eat and meet up. Parking can be tricky, but if you're prepare to walk a little, there are places available. Recommended.
Very disappointing experience. After my flight was cancelled, customer support confirmed they would rebook the alternative flight offered by the airline. Instead, a completely different flight with a 26-hour stopover was booked without my consent. Despite clear chat evidence, support refused to correct the mistake. Poor communication and unacceptable handling.
I got timely, limited and useful updates on my trips. Really liked it. But too many advertising emails. Okay for a single advertising email with a link to the various adverts - for me (and for most clients, I think), I complete my travel plans within my budget before setting out
