They wouldn't issue my ticket in time

I booked a flight and they would not confirm the ticket and my flight was soon approaching. I then had to get a refund ans rebook elsewhere for a higher price as they took so long. Terrible service.

If I could give a 0 star I would

If I could give a 0 star I would.

Joke of a company. Booked flights last week and paid in full. Waited 2 days and still hadn't had a confirmation email, so contacted them and was told they'd get it confirmed ASAP for me. Waited another 2 days and contacted them again to be told the same. Only to receive an email on the 5th day saying the prices have changed now so they can't honour the flights I paid for. I've now had to book the exact same flights again but for an additional £150 direct with the airline.

Don't waste your time! Go direct. Even after taking your money they won't even look to confirm your flights for days.

Can guarantee if the costs went down they wouldn't have given me any money back!

What a shower

What a shower. Have to organise a buissnes trip. Go to the one stop shop. Friday before flight booked on Monday. No conformation. Contacted them, oh the package you booked is no longer available.
total chaos to reorganise things. real un-proffesional. Do it yourself, your blood pressure will appreciate it.

Awful customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from Lastminute.com. It genuinely feels like they do not value their customers at all. Trying to get help with an issue was frustrating from start to finish, with poor communication, no clear support, and endless delays.
What makes it even more ridiculous is that there is no proper contact number to speak to a real person when something goes wrong. For a company dealing with holidays, flights and large amounts of customers’ money, this is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to search endlessly through automated chats and help pages just to get basic support.
The whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend booking through Lastminute.com if you expect reliable customer service or any sense of accountability when problems arise.

Such a pathetic and useless service at…

Such a pathetic and useless service at the time off booking they just instantly charged you bundle off money and at the time of refund they cut down your half price will never gonna use that fraud company and even there support chat not replying you at the time off booking refund

The room was very small

The room was very small the bed was up against the patio window which we could'vego out, bedside table was mini fridge, shower was also too small couldnt swing a cat, on the good side we had clean towels everyday, as for breakfast not much of a variety same everyday could have added some boiled eggs but overall ok.

We was able to pay in installments and…

We was able to pay in installments and everything was straightforward and easy to use for our trip, which made it more enjoyable. The hotel (Yotel) was modern, friendly and clean with unlimited coffee,which was delightful. Our hotel was also within walking distance to the tour bus pick up, main city centre and high street shopping. All round, our experience was smooth, easy and memorable for all the right reasons.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the refund process at Lastminute.com. It has been over two months since my flight was cancelled, and I am still waiting for my money back well beyond the legal 14-day timeframe.

The most frustrating part is the conflicting information between the agency and the airline. When I spoke to Swiss Air, they told me my tickets were still showing as "valid," yet Lastminute claims the refund has been initiated and they are just waiting for funds.

I eventually managed to speak with an agent named Eleni via chat. While she was polite and "escalated" my case to her team, the overall experience is poor:

Excessive Wait Times: Being told it could take "up to 2 months" is bad enough, but exceeding that timeframe while the airline claims the tickets haven't even been processed for refund is unacceptable.

I hope this "escalation" actually leads to a resolution, but I shouldn't have to chase my own money this hard. I would think twice before booking here again if you value customer support that follows legal refund timelines.

This is the worst traveling agency they…

This is the worst traveling agency they will never 👎 contact you and they will tell lies that they tried to contact you. Furthermore they can’t be reach by email nor call 📞 they are terrible please avoid them my first and last experience just terrible 😞!!!!!!!!
