Great service. Their repair team has been fantastic! They fixed my HiFi amplifier that a couple of others failed to do. They were transparent during the whole process, informed on the issues they found and took back the amplifier for a second look as some issues were persistent. Their services are also reasonably priced.

... after a series of bad experience with other so-called specialists. Many of them only do soldering, in my case some parts needed to be changed. ie. cbaudiovisual.co.uk went ahead with the repair without advising on the cost, as I initially asked him to do. The guy was insistent to be paid before the delivery. He even called me in the evening. He charged £250, and I found out the following days they were several issues with the amplifier. Did he offer to pay back? I let you guess...Who would like to deal with such traders?
