Booking

Not been yet going at the end of the month. Booking was easy the only thing I would mention is that they tell you where the car parking is. But don't say if you get a discount when staying in the hotel.

Great county pub with modern room. A great find.

I was very skeptical as this was a true late booking. However it all worked brilliantly. The rooms are slightly separate to the pub so no noise leaks from the bar. The room was modern, clean and had everything I needed. I was able to eat in the bar as well. Thoroughly recommended.

Ten pounds difference

You charged me £56.88 and the Ibis said the room was 46.88. £10 difference is a lot.

Hotel was supposed to be wheelchair…

Hotel was supposed to be wheelchair accessible, i couldn't access the bathroom sink, the loo was literally blocking the way. Very, very small bathroom and WALK in shower 🤯
Very very disappointed. I had driven a few hours from home thinking I had everything sorted, to the hotel being completely wrong, thank god i was given a refund. Still awkward having to find another hotel didn't get one till well after 8.30pm

More expensive than booking direct

I booked here and found out their prices were actually 30% higher than booking with the accommodation directly, such a rip off. As I did not book an option with a cancellation refund I could not book the cheaper option. Check pricing before booking.

This is the worst platform for…

This is the worst platform for bookings. Stay away!!

They give you misleading exchange rates, fraudulent user experience, terrible support and the rooms are not even cheap.

I am not sure why they still exists. Avoid this business at all costs.

Had to find a room in an emergency due…

Had to find a room in an emergency due to no accommodation at the hospital where my grandson was having surgery.
All the hotel employees were very friendly and welcoming.
My room was fine. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
Great value with breakfast included.
The breakfast was varied, well cooked and tasty.
