I have been chasing up the free imo car wash voucher on Instagram and two contact forms later no reply. Yet it says your code will be emailed in 24 hrs but that was over a week ago. 🤔🤦

A right royal stuff up

A right royal stuff up. I used to use the feee stuff app all the time. However, the new app constantly freezes and is not at all user friendly. I suspect too many high res images and ads. I will need to find my news elsewhere.

Links do not work

It would be nice if some of the links for the free samples actually worked. I have clicked as told on the relevant link and found it was a "Bad gateway" or "No Authorisation" allowed . What a waste of time

LOVE LFS APP! FREEBIES GALORE!

Love the Latest Free Stuff App! You get free samples and other goodies sent straight to your inbox and now I get WhatsApp alerts as soon as a freebie becomes available. You have to be quick, especially on makeup and fragrance ones as they are very popular. As long as your notifications are turned on you should never miss a freebie! They usually arrive between 2/3 weeks after application. The forms are so easy to fill in too, just add your name and address and you’re done. 😁

Promote scam websites and offer zero customer service when scammed

Ordered GPS keyring fobs via their app. Turns out the company GrababagUK are a scam company who ripped me off. Of course I sent a email to latest free stuff via their 'contact us' on their website. Needless to say they haven't even bothered to reply to me. No doubt their customer service team will come on here and write a reply to look like they are interested and want to help me, funny they only do that on reviews but won't reply to your private emails. I also noticed that the junk emails and texts I've been getting since I joined is unbelievable, I've actually had to change my mobile number a couple of weeks after joining.

Been with them years

Been with them years, had some good stuff and yea times are hard but gotta say they are very sneaky, they don't allow referrals but they post their own so the admins and bosses benefit not much of a community to be honest. Lately they've been pushing the Temu app but when you post your referral anywhere but their long one thread its rejected yet the post the same spammy companies again and again. Onthatass is a nightmare yet they repeat post it and endless survey sites are promoted daily several times across all the groups obviously they are getting money from it. This website used to be about helping people now it's about lining their own pockets. A little while back I saw they were looking for staff and the job advertised as having a salary of £1.50ph what a joke!!!!!

Misleading advertising

Misleading advertising. Take your details and pass then on without permission. The freebies aren’t freebies. They are constant repeats. Some links don’t even exist. I believe they’re making themselves rich. By getting our details.

Offered me free perfume

Offered me free perfume, when you press claim freebie, it puts you directly through to the website of the perfume company. I wanted Tom ford. No free stuff going in the directed website, stated free gift with any order. Trying to unsubscribe from this diabolical treatment of customers.

Hi Deb,

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Latest Free Stuff. Unfortunately, it appears that you may have misunderstood the service we offer and so we'd like to explain in the hope that you'll give the site another go.

At LFS, we advertise 10 new freebies on a daily basis that are being given away as part of a marketing strategy across the UK. Thousands of companies give away free products on a regular basis to attract new customers or highlight new launches, and the LFS site is there to help you find these products with ease. Unfortunately, many other websites advertise these products and they're often very popular, meaning that freebies can get snapped up and sell out very quickly. Occasionally, we work with brands to advertise products that may be available for free when postage and packaging is paid for, but typically we promote 100% free products for you to claim and enjoy.

If you'd like to increase your chances of getting freebies while stocks last in future, we suggest signing up for our daily newsletter via the LFS site. You'll also be able to find a list of FAQs there which may help you with any further questions you may have.

Best wishes,

Team LFS

Waste of time false promises

I wouldn’t bother all you get is bombarded with emails.
I’ve had nothing free since joining up .. supposed to get free coffee - it didn’t happen, same with Nivea. All these companies seem to do is offer free in the first instance and once they have your details they just use it to advertise and try to get you to buy something. The free promise is lost within the detailing whereby you have to buy something to get anywhere. As the adage goes no such thing as a free lunch!
