Customer service that sets the standard
I visit Latex, Leather & Lace whenever I am passing and always receive a warm welcome from the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I am starting to build up a nice collection of some very sexy shoes and boots.

I really wanted a pair of Pleaser shoes so paid a visit to to the shop so i could try them on and get the right size.. Unfortunately the style i wanted was not available..
I didnt want to come away empty handed so the guy running the place went into the stockroom and came back with quite a large selection of alternatives for me to check out..
Working our way though them we came across Devious Domina 442 pumps with 6 inch heels.. wow!!!, they looked amazing with the red heel and straps..
So i tried on a pair 1 size larger than normal and they were too big, tried my usual size and they were just right.
Great little shop and great service..
We purchased a rather lovely latex dress for my wife, it arrived the following day, wonderful. Except it was too small, our fault for not reading the size guide. After a quick email i was told to send it back and a replacement was dispatched all for free!! We receive emails telling us the item had been received and another when the replacement was sent!
Hows that for good old customer service :-)

Got a fabulous catsuit from here delivered in 3 days, however there was a minor fault in one of the seams, sent it back and a replacement was sent to me within within the same week, given they had to order in a replacement, this was great.
