I attended Launceston Medical Centre as a temporary patient for a flu vaccination and was treated with exceptional care and kindness, despite not being registered there. From reception to the nursing team, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. Excellent service

A shocking shambles and as someone else said, a Welsh pharmacist Gerraint thinking he has the right to change medication that was prescribed by a real
Doctor.
I too had to get emergency meds over Easter thanks to him.
I hope his position is terminated. Patronising and a bully.

What a terrible medical centre! pharmacists who override what a doctor has prescribed, receptionists who think they are medically trained. I have been without my heart meds over Easter thanks to some puffed up pharmacy employee who thinks they know better despite me ordering the meds in good time. Had to buy from the internet!! The online form is absolutely absurd to get an appointment.. if you have no internet be prepared to have some nobody of a receptionist going through all your private medical issues with you and filling the form in for you on the phone. What sort of a joke is this??? Every single time i order repeats for me or my uncle,there's an issue, or i have to travel,miles to find a pharmacy that stocks what I need. I am sick of meds a DOCTOR prescribed me being changed by someone else like a pharmacist. Surely there has to be guidelines on this. Also the fact you have to shout your personal details out loud when you go to reception so the rest of the waiting room and queue hear you. The entire place has too many chiefs and not enough indians. If there was any other way id go to another surgery that actually has strict guidelines and isnt ran by imbeciles.
