Optiwatt energy plug, Lavira knowingly sells scam illegal electrical items online and don’t give you a full refund when requested.

Abominable. Item purchased did not power on, and they offered a 40% refund (NOT acceptable to me) so I disputed the payment with my Bank. They then suggest you "close the dispute" so they can refund. I do NOT trust them one bit.

A scam, product doesn't work, I asked for a refund and they said I could post it back to China or they will give me a 20% refund! Unacceptable …

I purchase an OptiWatt because it claimed it would reduce the amount of electricity used in my house, thus making my bill go down. It did no such thing. I asked to have a refund and they said I would have to return the item to China. . .Don't waste your time or money.

These plugs are supposed to be energy saving but at what cost...
They come apart exposing inners which can kill and or have the potential to burn your home down...

Ordered a so-called power saver. Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews first! Video led you to believe these had backing of qualified electrical engineers. Took ages to arrive and when I asked to cancel order, suddenly it was on its way. Got suspicious when I was given tracking info including flights. Then realised it was coming from China. Am not paying for costly return. Finally arrived today...

Asked multiple times to send tracking information... never did. Every time i emailed, emails say it was on its way but months later, still not here! Luckily got a full refund from my bank, but stay away!!!

My order still hasn’t arrived yet a month later despite shipping stated on website was 3-5 days, and this entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Every time I ask for an update, I get the same response about how they’re “working on it,” but nothing ever changes. They’ve also repeatedly claimed their system is down, yet somehow never provide any real timeline or solution. It feels like no one is actually addressing the issue. Terrible communication, no transparency, and no urgency. Currently demanding a refund. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

This is a cheap shoddy item that is fraudulent in every respect 1) it doesnt work 2) the ad claimed it had been invented by a middle aged Uriologist a later ad claimed it had been invented by a 15 year old female "genius". I didnt want to buy another fraudulent item from China I could not return so was reassured it had an address in Whitby Yorkshire. On checking this turned out to be an unoccupied holiday let. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS

I sent off for this due to having poor urinary control, it was advertised as coming in a nice box showing the make with a pink background. It has no instruction booklet, it looks cheap, the box was squashed. It looked nothing like the advert on Facebook. I ordered it on 15th Sept it came yesterday. There is a tiny thumb sized instruction page. Very disappointed, not worth the money.

This has to be the worst company to buy from , item brought was broken no back to battery compartment which makes it dangerous to use ! Can only get full refund if you send to China at your own cost which would be more than item itself! And no acknowledgment of the state of item when photos sent !!! Would not touch again !

This is a company that has an English address for ordering and then find out that it is in fact a Chinese company. Any returns have to then be returned to China at great expense.!!
