Beautiful dresses and fantastic customer service. I've ordered two dresses from Lavish Alice now, they are fantastic quality and value for money. I had a query with an order, and Rachel in Customer Services was so brilliant and helpful, making sure I could go to the ball!! Really great people and I can't wait for an excuse to buy another beautiful dress from them.

Customer service from Rachael was fast, polite and helpful, couldn’t ask for anything more. The dress I ordered sadly didn’t fit me but the quality was absolutely lovely!

I purchased a beautiful dress from here.
The quality was outstanding. The dress however had 3 large Diamanté bows on the side of the dress. After wearing once I hadn’t realised that one of the large Diamante had fell out, until I recently got it out to wear again. The dress was over £200, but when I contacted them to ask if they could send me a stone as this shouldn’t have happened, they said no! Also I can’t return as it’s over 14 days.
Disappointed really as the dress is beautiful, but ruined as you can clearly see a Diamanté is missing 😢

Rachael offered fantastic customer service when contacted about a dress that was too small. Quality of the dress was excellent it unfortunately just didn’t fit my unusual body shape

I had a faulty garment and a wonderful lady called Rachel went above and beyond for me...Sorted everything out for me within a couple of hrs was so kind to send me a brand new replacement..It's so nice to have someone that goes out there way to help and sort things out so fast and efficiently..Rachel yr a credit to the company and I will definitely stay a loyal customer because of you so thank you so much xxx👏👏👏

God the price skyrocketed over the years!!! ...bought a dress years ago ..pure plastic.Still plastic..but 4 times more expensive .Don't they think people are not checking composition??

Really good quality garments and customer team very helpful too- I dealt with Rachael. I only like to buy clothes from brands that also have a good customer service as part of my shopping experience. Would definitely recommend

I made a return via InPost which was extremely delayed in getting back to lavish Alice. I spoke with a lovely lady called Rachael via email who was very responsive and helpful in getting my return sorted

I ordered the same dress in 2 different sizes. They came quickly and packaged well. The dresses were of good quality and I returned the dress I didn't need through their return portal which was quick and easy.
Unfortunately, upon tracking my dress was taking a long time (2 weeks) so I e-mailed Lavish Alice. Rachael from customer care fixed this issue the same day and refunded me even though they hadn't received the return. Fantastic service throughout! Thank you Rachael!
