Devastated! Sent back my dress and had no update on my exchange. Emailed to ask about it because it had taken so long and got the standard it takes 15 days reply. When I said it had been much longer and asked for a refund instead they stopped responding. No one is willing to investigate where my refund/item is and they are ignoring my emails. It’s devastating as £80 is a lot of money to loose in today’s climate. I will never shop with them again.

So shocked to read all the bad reviews.
I have bought one pair of boots ( gorgeous) they arrived quickly quality great I have been asked many times if I am wearing designer boots. Two years later said boots still going strong! Also I purchased four pairs of sandals and get lots of compliments about them! All good here I highly recommend 👌👌

I ordered some wedges In June 2020 and had no confirmation email. I chased and chased via email for my order and gave my order number but they came back with they were out of office due to Covid. I’ve kept trying to get hold of them but once again no answer. It’s not 2021 and I still haven’t got my order. Do not order from here!!!

Purchased a necklace for my girlfriend in November as a Christmas gift. Tried to reach out through email and the phone number given and it's been over 2 months and still no necklace. Never offered a refund or any type of status update as a matter of fact it wasn't even shipped to begin with. haven't heard from anyone since I made the purchase. Just send me my money back and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered around 8 pairs of shoes from lavish luxe. Loved every single pair so comfy perfect fit and unbelievably cheap!

Absolutely awful. Returned my items over a month ago now and haven’t had any communication. Their email address comes back as not known. They have deleted their Instagram account. There is no way to contact this company. They put on a massive sale and then suddenly close shop. They knew exactly what they were doing and I’m guessing they never intended on refunding anyone.

How do we get our money back?. No communication. This is ridiculous. You cannot leave your customers hanging like that. I returned items 3 weeks ago and zero communication. I need my money. You cannot even answer emails.

Terrible customer service. Tried for days to get in contact with lavish luxe with no response. Return fees are ridiculous. Paid £7.50 in the end for P&P.

Absolutely love this website. High quality, unique shoes at low affordable prices. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a pair of trousers after seeing them on the model, looked nothing like them when they were delivered and they had a very strong odour of fish! Had to send them back so altogether i have paid £7 for shipping and return charges and wasted time on trips to the post office and printing off labels.
Should take a leaf out of asos’s book and offer free returns at least!

I'm interested in purchasing some shoes from your website but I am from the US. I was wondering about your sizing since you don't have half sizes. Would you say that the shoes run on par with the size or run a little smaller? Just so I know which size to get. Thanks!

I legit tried to buy a pair of boots for half an hour. I would type everything in on the payment screen for it to just load and load and never go through with the payment. I even tried it on my phone with wifi on and then wifi off just using my LTE. How am I suppose to buy the shoes if the website won't let me?

Here is me trying to shop with another online retailer, as I do like to give every company a chance, but unfortunately most of the new companies seem to think that quality of the items doesn’t matter...

So far not impressed...

I ordered boots, overall cost shortly over £30...
Because I needed them the next day, I paid for next day delivery.

Well delivery was fine. They got delivered next day, as promised. But it’s the glue stains and not properly glued sole I have the issues with.

Unfortunately, I had to wear them (as they were)- disappointing really, but I did not have a choice.

Definitely not worth what I paid for them!

(Contacting customer services...somehow it makes you feel as if it was waste of time and effort contacting them.
Well, I wouldn’t be a returning customer for sure!)

Very good customer service! Emails are replied fast. The selection on items are amazing and I’m so excited to wear my new boots!

Ordered a pair of black boots and are way too big for me, I can't even return them from france because on the website there is a problem with french postcodes when you are trying to fill the return label. I wasted 45€ and can't even have them back

I ordered Black Croc Print Flatform Espadrilles for my first holiday and the strap broke off within 30 mins of wearing them, reordered another pair for going away again and they have left me with such a big cut on my foot thank god I only wore them on my last day as if this had happened near the start of my holiday It would of ruined it☹️ Super disappointed

Ordered 2 pairs of wedges both delivered within 2 day's and fit perfectly. I will definitely use this site again

Truly fantastic service from Lavish Luxe and I would highly recommend them. First time I used them in July and they offer a fast and reliable delivery service and 10 out of 10 customer service.
So many retail companies do not have a personal touch anymore but this is not the case with Lavish Luxe. I will use them many times in the future.

Brought shoes and they where so small couldnt even get my foot in it and I have narrow feet. You have to pay if you want to take the shoes back. Also if you write a review they review it first and if its bad they wont post it! As they have no reviews on the website then they probably get all bad reviews
