Be very wary of dealing with these rec…

Be very wary of dealing with these rec cons. Con being the operative word. They appear to have a habit of issuing spurious invoices along with threats of action and accusations of discrimination in the face of which some firms settle out of court. Any firms going the distance will find a claim issued against them and only when it is clear in court that there is no case to answer will they withdraw their (Small) claim making recovery of wasted costs very difficult - to then continue fishing elsewhere. Avoid dealing with them.
