Excellent price and rapid delivery
Bought a Bosch Verticutter at a better price than I could find anywhere else and then it was delivered free the next day so you can't ask for more. Excellent.

The tools I ordered arrived earlier than I expected, I was kept informed at all times about the progress of my order, on the morning of the delivery I received a message giving a delivery time, the actually arrived earlier than the time give, can't fault the service.

Ordered one of these on line at B&Q for next day collection only to get a call to say out of stock. Waited a while but still out of stock.
So looked on Ebay found the same one from Lawson HIS.
Ordered it and within a couple of days I had it.
Well impressed with their service.

Late arriving and poorly manufactured.
"We would normally expect you to receive your completed order within 6-7 working days." In fact it took 15 days (11 working days). Promise what you can deliver and avoid disappointing customers.
If I pay £33 for a digging fork, I don't expect it to have one prong longer than the other three.

Didn't know the company but the offer on the Bosch Shredder was good and so I snapped it up. I'm pleased with the product, it was well packaged and it came earlier than I expected. I recommend Lawson HIS.

easy to order - right price - quick delivery
couldn't have been easier to order and the price was the best I could find on the Internet - delivery was as promised and it was good to be kept informed exactly when the delivery was to be made - including an hours time slot! I didn't need it but there was the option to make alternative arrangements for the delivery - that was excellent - would definitely use Lawson HIS again and recommend them
