Broken delivery promise and poor customer service.

I ordered some bike bits on 17th Sept with a promised delivery of 25th September. A long lead time anyway. On 26th September the items had not arrived so I called them to complain and ask when I would get them. Meanwhile Amazon posted that delivery would now be 3oth September ! (I had ordered through Amazon ). Next thing i know this seller has cancelled my order and issued a refund despite me saying I didn't want to cancel and wanted the items. Unbelievable and so I conclude this company are unreliable and therfore I must warn others of my experience.

This is my first experience of buying anything from LAXZO Ltd, and I have been delighted with the service I have received.
My order was dispatched very quickly and was in my hands within the quoted delivery time.
