Good and also irritating.
Salesman was very good and informative. However his advice conflicted with advice from Lazy Carpets. The fitters were good but been left with door that now does not open or close. Need to take the door off and plain it. Not what I wanted to have to do. Overall acceptable service.

It was so lovely from start to finish, Stephanie who came to measure up, to the actual day, it was done in with high quality throughout, lovely lads who done the stairs and landing, were so polite and did a thorough job!!

Great service
This is the second time I have used Lazy Carpets and I am so happy again with the service from start to finish. Linda who came out to measure first was so lovely and friendly, Gary and the girls in the office was brilliant sorting out an appointment and was so accommodating organising the appointment around work etc., and the fitters Ryan and John who were excellent, arrived on time and cleaned up after they finished. Carpet is great too! Thank you to everyone involved, will 100% continue to use Lazy Carpets 😄

Very happy with the quality and…
Very happy with the quality and workmanship from Lazy Carpets. The final result looks great and the team was professional throughout the installation.
A couple of things could be improved: I didn’t love having to call the day before to find out the installation time, and since my lift was broken, they left some mess and materials in the hallway.
That said, they still did a very good job overall and I’m happy with the result.

Thank you for your review and feedback. It is always difficult to give precise fitting times the day before fitting, as our fitters may have a number of installations on the day. We do however, always try to give an approximate time on the day of fitting.
