Fresh syn/breaks fault/ angry Owner
Got the van with fresh Syn on 24/February but when driven huge fault on the break sistem occurred
Just bought a van from them on Friday 25/February/2022.
Before purchase after first look i found minor issues and communicate to seller man he wrote down and he stated that when van is delivered all will be fixed along with All THINGS AROUND THAT CAN'T MAKE UP TO 20K KM( like oil breaks etc.)
When van was handed the button from back door that was supposed to be fixed wasn't ,seller man said they forgot and soon I'll be called up for come back and fixed.the rest were somehow fixed.
After few km driven breaks break down !!!!!!!
Van vas driven with huge noise from the breaks real dangerous (i have to remind Syn was done a day ahead)
Next day morning i drive the van back to dealer shop.
They wished to give me a van with ENGINE LIGHT ON to drive during the period when i could not use the one i purchase.
I DENIED the van since i didn't wished to be responsible for any damage or to remained stuck somewhere becouse they're van could not be driven due to engine light on.
Instead i got a smal CAR ( have to state here that the van was already on ON REd LIGHT WITH DEASEL and the man said that I DON'T HAVE TO FILL THE TANK when deliver BACK)just to go home since was to far for me to walk or take any transport to home.
On Monday when i went for picking the van, i talk with owner he said there was a clamp that break and we sorry for inconvenience.
I checked the car all around and discover the right front wheel flat tire. When i told the owner there is flat tire he bring the mechanic.
Mechanic go straight to the wheel without telling him ahead wich one is and straight away he affirm "ooo you have a nail in to it nothing i can do "
Draw the conclusion from the last sentence
I said to them that when i delivered it everything was alright and me and the guy who was on Saturday we had a look around but the owner came forward and said to me :
GET OUT FROM MY SHOP I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN YOU BROUGHT THE SMALL CAR BACK WITHOUT ANY DEASEL (the man from renting said clearly that i don't have to fill up the tank with deasel) AND I WILL NOT FIX ANY FLAT TIRE GET OUT OF MY SHOP DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU ANYMORE.
VERY ANGRY MAN THERE
SO PLEASE AVOID THE SHOP
PEOPLE ARE NOT REASONABLE AND MORE IMPORTANT THE QUALITY OF THEY'RE WORK IS NOT GOOD

Hej Toni. Det er helt rigtigt at du ringer fredag aften og siger at der er problemer med dine bremser. Du får en Gratis lånebil allerede lørdag morgen. Vi har idag mandag lavet dine bremser, det viste sig at der var en defekt clips på de ellers nye bremseskiver og klodser. Vi kan ikke ansvarliggøres for at din bil er punkteret, men tilbød dig at hjælpe med det, du blev dog ved at brokke dig. Du aflevere så den lånebil du kvit og frit har kørt rundt i i 3 dage, totalt suget tør for brændstof.... Det er sku dårlig stil! Vi kan alle lave en fejl og vi har så snart det var muligt udleveret en lånebil til dig og hurtigst muligt lavet din bil.... Vi har desværre ikke mekanikere stående klar i weekenden til hvis nu at folks biler skulle gå i stykker. LBA
