International shipment packing and item description is superb!
Another set of used camera equipment and accessories shipped to me in Tanzania by way of the UK with zero issues! The equipment was well-cushioned for the air transfer and subsequent bus transfers to my location, which is so important! I didn't even need to let them know the equipment would be coming to TZ, they just know how to pack! All equipment was as described, I'd even go a mile and say better than described! I will always use LCE as my go-to for camera equipment and supplies! Love them!

EasyPeasy way to buy
The shop staff were informative and really helpful. They steered me through the buying process which in hindsight was very straightforward but I was unfamiliar with at the time. The parcel arrived well wrapped up and intact. The lens were as good as if I had picked them off the shelf myself. Thank you

Bag arrived quickly
Bag arrived, just right for my camera , lenses and the front bit for spare battery and cards. Has a separate top pouch where I can put my waterproof jacket ( rolled up) phone, glasses and other bits and bobs. Now don’t need two separate bags. Thanks LCE .

DPD failed delivery on the first…
DPD failed delivery on the first attempt then blaming us for not being in which was false. Then their drop off of the parcel, on the 2nd attempt, at the front gate without attaining a signature.

Over the years, we have worked with a number of courier companies and have found our current main partner, DPD, to be the most reliable overall. However, we do have alternative delivery options available.

Very restricted delivery for the items…
Very restricted delivery for the items concerned - Mon-Fri only with no safe place & no deliver to neighbours. For working people have to take leave to be home for delivery. To add to poor experience the item had a price ticket for less than the price charged.

Thank you for your review, I am very sorry about the incorrect price ticket.
Unfortunately, due to the high values of some of our products we are unable to use the 'leave safe' or 'with a neighbour' feature with DPD. For lower value products we use Royal Mail, however because they do not accept batteries, we had to use DPD on this occasion.
We are able to delay posting to a more suitable day at the customer's request before the order is allocated, so it is worth making contact once you have placed an order.

Thank you for your review.
Due to the high value of some of our products, the 'leave safe' feature has been removed from all DPD consignments, this way the recipient must be at home to receive the goods when delivered. I have checked the delivery logs and it appears that the 1 hour time slot for delivery was correctly communicated in the morning of both delivery attempts. Our default courier is always DPD however, we are able to use Royal Mail for certain items if preferred.
